I like this panel a normal amount (lying).

I tried to shade these with a watercolor-like brush. There's a sloppy golden filtered version under the cut just because <3

This was supposed to be a pear body shape experiment.. I may have failed in terms of making the pear shape distinct, but I tried. I hate when clothes complicate things for me.

The Dark hair looks better on the links instead of cheese blond. I like it!

I'm glad you like it! I agree, it looks more natural this way. I have my friends to thank for the suggestion, and of course @/legendofdinner for doing it first.

I hadddd to give the siblinks dark hair. Heavily inspired by my friends :> it just makes sense!

Also here's my personal headcanon: they have varying amounts of hair dye!

Green has a streak of strawberry blonde. Red has half of his hair dyed banana yellow. Blue's hair is bleach blonde with the roots growing in. And Vio has the tips of his sideburns frosted.

I also made Green's tunic a notably more yellowy green, to distinguish him more from Link. Plus, I just really like warm shades of green. Link wears the same shade of green shown in the colored panels of the Legendary Edition.

Four Swords manga x Barbie and the Three Musketeers again?!

I wanted to do more color picking because it was really fun the first time, but also I really wanted a palette that wasn't weirdly orange tinted <3

This time, the color palettes for the Links are meant to coincide with matching the girls' personalities or quirks! (The images I color picked from are below the cut. Miss Fairy is cream colored to resemble Miette.)

I do like their Musketeer outfit colors quite a lot. The blue that I used for the Links' sword scabbards comes from the blue of the girls' capes and hats at the end of the movie.

I was watching a friend replay levels of FSA, and I got inspired by the Karariko Village level. Initially I just wanted to draw Green holding a cucco. But there's an old man NPC that you give a cucco to for companionship, since his wife passed away... so on a softer note, I thought I'd give Green a cucco for when his siblinks aren't around, to keep him company.

I have a bit more depth to the idea, and a bonus drawing under the cut!

There are 5 cuccos! Drumstick is the one depicted in the first drawing, then there's Nugget, Buffalo, Honey, and Popcorn. They are all brown chickens save for Popcorn, whom is white. Drumstick is like his personal cucco that follows him everywhere if allowed.

Green named them all after types of chicken, but no one is EVER allowed to eat them because he loves them very much. Green named them after food because he loves food, of course. And food names are the best and cutest!

The cuccos are supposed to mirror the siblinks a bit, which emphasizes the fact that Green has them as a sort of substitution for human comfort. Maybe there are some things he'd rather tell solely to his cuccos, instead of risk burdening other people... until he realizes it's better to do so, instead of denying his feelings to be properly heard and responded to.

I LOVE YOUR ADULT GREEN!! Would you be willing to draw the others as adults too? I love to see how you interpret them changing over time.

Maybe one day..? I haven't been drawing much at all lately unfortunately, but maybe I'll figure something up. I think I ought to make unique individual designs for each of them in their canon age first if I really want to think about how they'd grow up as well.. lots to think about.

Or maybe I could do something in the spur of a moment, like I did for the adult Green request. I guess it's up to my brain and my willpower, haha.

Do you think they eventually talk about how they feel? How both of them are ignoring each other's talents? How they're constantly being upstaged or betrayed? Also... their romantic tension..?

This was supposed to be a serious thing of "what would happen if Vio ever tried to apologize to Shadow", but there was negative space in the corner, so I added a little funny.
