After 11 months in Berlin, I am sadly leaving my flat to move to a new area. The location was great, even though the neighborhood was quite boring and quiet, I had a lot of fun there, perfectly located in the city to go anywhere very fast! I will definetly miss it...
Vestiges from the cold war casually laying around in Berlin
Summer vibes at the Botanic Garden in Berlin
Concrete jungle X actual woods
Some parts of East-Berlin are just grey blocks of concrete. Not really beautiful right? I like it. It’s fun chasing lines to take cool shots. Hopefully, the city is still really green, with lots of trees and large parcs everywhere inside the city.
AfD Gegendemo on mai 27th.
I participated on a big parade in the center of Berlin in oposition to the parade organised by the AfD, far-right political party in Germany.
The parade was organised by around 50 clubs and collectives from the Berlin club cultures and had around 30 trucks with blasting techno music through large sound systems. Added to the super nice weather and the cherfull people, we made a lot more sound the nationalist party.
When in London...

Yesterday I was really pissed off by the guys from a photo laboratory where I sometimes go in Berlin to develop my films. They lost my latest film and wouldn’t give me a refund or even dare to excuse themselves.
Anyways, here’s a shot from the Club der Visionäre in Kreuzberg, a really cool venue to listen some fine music and enjoy your weekend.
Inside the greenhouse of Berlin’s Botanischer Garten.
And I finally made it to Teufelsberg last week!
It was one of the first things I intended to do arriving in Berlin in September, but only managed to visit the old NSA listening station in May... If you want to talk about motivation, you’re definetly on the wrong Tumblr!
Teufelsberg is and artificial mountain build from the city’s scrap and debris after the 2nd World War. During the cold war, the Americans decided to build one of its largest listening stations atop the hill.
Nowadays, the place has been abandoned and converted into a giant open air street art museum.
Summer in Berlin: way to hot right now. Thankfully, the forests, lakes and rivers all around the city allows us to have some fresh air and cool up a little during the hotter days.
The Soviet War Memorial in Treptower Park is once again a very particular landmark in Berlin. It is a vast cemitery and memorial for the fallen russian soldiers durig the battle for Berlin in 1945.
The place is giant, very symetrical and filled with massive statues. It is a really cold place to be, you feel almost oppressed in it because of the size and you become very small.

This obsession for the UBahn again.
