i can’t stop thinking about the soft moments when i finally make it to my home reality;

i’m talking about my childhood… being a baby, knowing nothing, being a toddler and having for once a caring dad, learning actually cool things in school, not grow up feeling insecure about my body… for once, i’m excited for every stage of my life.

i’m healing myself in this reality; but it will be even better when all the damage is undone. idc how long it takes.

The thing you don't seem to grasp, is that you already exist in your chosen realities. You were born there, you grew up there, you formed core memories and have thousands of stories to tell... You have lived with your family for years and you have known your friends for years and you have most likely already met your S/O. You have eaten all of your favourite foods and went to most of your favourite places. You have fallen down and scraped your knee, you have gotten a bad haircut that you regretted immensely, you have gotten into a fight with your best friend and made up almost immediately... You have already lived there. Why are you looking forward to something as mundane as waking up in the same bed you've woken up in for years now?

Live in the end and stop hoping to shift. You're already there, direct your awareness towards the reality of your choosing, and let your pure consciousness do the rest. Act as if you're there. Think like your DR self, act like your DR self, talk and walk and eat like your DR self because they are you and you are them. There is no divide, no disconnect, no separation.

old updates:

this happened a bit after i chosed SCA as my respawn method! (don’t judge me, i went through a time by myself and a deep meditation to realize this method is better for me.)

so huh; i can’t really explain, it wasn’t particularly pleasant but my physical health got a bit physically affected for a few days (i felt pretty tired all the time, i also do some physical activity and it was being hard), one night i got pretty bad symptoms (heart pain/beating too fast), ribs aching, it was hard to breathe… it was pretty bad so my mom noticed and took me to the doctor the day after; in the moment i just asked her to leave me in peace in case smth happened. i didn’t really get all the analysis done in the hospital; but they gave me pills for general dizziness and pain! which i took for a few days and there hasn’t been more of this … i still get the irregular heartbeat and few other symptoms ocasinally ; but it’s not that painful! specially before bed.

new(er) updates:

apart from my physical and mental health getting better;

i’ve been getting pretty vivid memories specially of my childhood in my soul reality! 🌧️🖤 which may or not be a sign to respawn from 0; because … welp, let’s just say i sort of want to revive my childhood there; i also wrote a little script of my kid-teen years in my home reality just in case. 🫶🏻

my dream recall has been sightly better and my S/O is present in 90% of my dream in some way or other (i always struggled with my dream recall because i’m someone who needs sleeping pills since my teens TwT)

in general; i’ve also percieve everything more vividly? i’m not sure how to elaborate but most of my visualizations/memories are in 1st person, in a let’s say cartoony style because my hr is animated; but now is a bit (just a bit) more 3d

i also got images in my brain of what my hr self really looks like; it’s smth i was struggling with since i only had an overall idea and a few drawings AND LET ME JUST SAY I’M BEAUTIFUL🖤🫶🏻

in overall; i think this is all i can say for now apart from my method being simple, i meditate/visualize before bed and persist and i know i already reincarnated/respawned :3 sometimes i play calm subs overnight! (been doing this recently; i just do what feels comfy).
