sys culture is constantly being in a loop of "we're a sys", "wait maybe not", "no we definitely are" etc until you have access to actually being evaluated
.
Being in denial about talking to other alters is INSANE
Did I imagine talking to an alter in headspace? Formulate a fake conversation??
Then they’re like “oh, no, that was real.”
…
Did I think that one up…?
.
npd + autism culture is..
younger me: im not like other people...😔😰

I asked a friend who is a sociopath (diagnosed with ASPD, he refers to himself as a sociopath which is why I’m calling him that) what love feels like to him and how he knows when he loves someone.
I loved his answer. He said “Routine. If they are a part of my routine and feel familiar and comfortable and I would feel like something is missing if they weren’t there, then I think I love them.”
I have bpd with ASPD traits and I think his answer was so cute. I think that is what love is like for me too but I’ve never heard it so succinctly explained, perfect summarization.
Options when you wanna tell singlets about being a system are like ok they will either
A) immediately see you as a dangerous/inherently bad person, or
B) dumb introjects down and assume you just have anime characters in your head, or
C) immediately assume you're faking because they "would have known"
This is hell. We're in hell.

Why does being really sleepy either make u feel mellow and content or like you're going to actually kill yourself for real this time & no in-between
top 3 places to bleed out:
1. the snow
2. your lover/best friend/homoerotic comrade’s arms
3. bathroom floor

ooooo you wanna take a shower so bad
Hot take (maybe), systems don't require super scary severe trauma to form, the severity of trauma is subjective and even small things can be traumatizing to kids like the death of a pet, those things build and any of it can be what caused a disrupt in childhood development to form the system.
Not everyone's trauma has to be abuse, the content of your trauma doesn't dictate the validity of your system.
!! Trauma isn't the event it's the reaction
apologies to anyone who ever thought i was cool and reached out to me only to discover i am just a weird little hermit who can't carry on a conversation to save my life
how to stop being blurry no glue no borax
system protip: if trying to keep track of your switches and fragments feels impossible and is driving you crazy, stop doing it. or at the very least dont put as much weight into making it perfect. you dont need to track every switch, you dont need every fragment logged. sometimes its easier to just exist as a system than drive yourself up the wall trying to micromanage everything about your complex disorder
