Tfw: you love a story so peak that you discover a plot hole that breaks the entire second half of the series.

Should I elaborate?? Idk but here's the hole if you want.

By the time of master of the phantom Isle the sphinx should have been dead.

When Ronodin has Braken imprisoned on the phantom Isle Kendra rescues him and then has all 3 of his horns in her possession. Because Braken's 3rd horn was a part of the font of immortality the sphinx would not have been able to continue on living. Thus potentially postponing the fall of wyrmroost or stopping it entirely (because Seth might be less easily convinced to open the black well). Which would also prevent or stop Ronodin from taking control of the fairy realm. Which would probably mean that the fairy queen could help speed up the process of finding the 5 legendary dragon slayers. Which would mean that at least 4 of the dragon slayers could be present to protect Selona from Celebrant's army. And because Ronodin may not have been able to take over the fairy realm at all, Braken would remain a prince. It would also mean that Seth wouldn't have had as much control over his shadow charming abilities and probably wouldn't have been able to claim the unforgiving blade. Which might mean that Celebrant may have been able to claim the wizenstone. Preventing Seth from gathering all the pieces of the aether gem and the Nipsies from removing the curse, because 2 of the pieces would have been mostly unobtainable (Because the sphinx had the translocator).

I could go on further but the amount of things in the air is kinda crazy.

Currently re-listening to champion of the titan games. And man i need to personally put ronodin's head on a pike. He is getting on my every last nerve (⁠ノ⁠｀⁠⌒⁠´⁠)⁠ノ⁠┫⁠：⁠・⁠┻⁠┻

On the other hand I am thriving watching Kendra and Braken become an item. But I will say that I need to see more of the down to earth moments cuz I am exploding at missing them.

Maybe, MAYBE, expect to see my interpretation of their (any and perhaps all of the cast) designs cuz I am addicted to my own hubris. (ie. I highly doubt that Mr. Mull imagines them in an anime style)
