This is Rena, she's an orphan turned adopted daughter of a scary bartender lady natasha, turned child prostitute (long story), turned underground fighting rink champion, turned one of the 3 pillars of global organised crime, turned prodigy surgeon. Her speciality is cardiac surgery. :D

She's somewhere in her 30s in the bottom left sketch, 43 in the big one to it's right, 22 in the side profile on the bottom and I have no clue about her age in the mini sketches.

It's a transparent png!! it's been my thing since my discord era during/right after quarantine. I even had a ghost cult at one point where it was like the tomato infection except I'd tell people to keep a transparent pfp and unicode 3164 as their server nickname. Fun times!
