Progress Update
So I kinda wanted to put this somewhere online to keep coming and let me stay motivated,
Since September I’ve lost 10,5 kg (23 pounds), Im currently at 83,5 (184 pounds) according to my Height I need to be 57 kg (125 pounds)
So I have 26,5 kg to go still (57 pounds)
If there’s an absolute goal I wanna do for 2020 is to lose the extra weight, I put it on because of a really heavy depression in 2019 and an autoimmune decease, but honestly, with antidepressants and therapy, I have been recovering very nicely.
Intermittent fasting helped me so much with the anxiety problem I had with binge eating, also my stomach never hurts now, honestly, it has been a game-changer. I started walking for an hour a day and now I can actually run a bit!, also yoga at home and trying to fill my quota of socializing and receiving sun.
Here’s to a new year where I can try and contribute for it to not suck!

79.8 :) (Feb 10, slow but steady)
79.3, (Feb 27, IK Im going suuuper slow, but Ive been with a loooot of things lately, hopefully I can reach a good streak in march!!
78.3 (march 16, in the middle of the pandemic) slow but steady ah
78.8 (april 5th, put on a little quarantine weight, but tbh Im not really that stressed about it, we are all dealing with this the best way we can, right now there is so many other stuff going on tbh
Okay I maaaaayyyyyyybe kinda gain weight since the lockdown started, like 5 months now, so yeah Im 82,3 fg now, back to writting all my meals, will keep yall updated xd
