I still haven’t taken any animation or storyboarding classes, but these are general TECHNICAL tips I’ve learned online and through trying to fix my own boards. Definitely practice with things your passionate about/interested as it’ll make the process so much more fun (: for me the technical parts aren't the hardest, moreso actually visualizing and deciding the scenes mentally, which takes practice.

a character who truly, legitimately goes “but why does that matter?” about their feelings when someone who cares about them asks. and the sudden falling of everyone around them’s faces as they realize that this person doesn’t recognize themself as someone who needs or should be taken care of. i want Everyone to hurt. surprise at the idea, worry for them, horror at not having noticed. do you see this person who doesn’t think of themselves as a person?

Yeah, so I’m suicidaly paranoid at times and wanted to make sure everyone would survive even if I died in my room just in case.

Not a very publicly acceptable reason to build a secret bunker. Within a secret storage room. Within the secret brewing room. Hidden inside the mage tower at the far back end of the kingdom. And all of it was built well below ground to help hide it from digging. In his desperation to find some answer that is palatable enough, he instead pivots to how it isn’t that bad.

Really, Scott just manages to step in it again.

“I didn’t build the backup secret bunker I thought about building, that surely counts for something!” Scott’s actually not joking but Mae giggles, so he rolls with it. Yeah the fake totally not real he doesn’t have plans drawn up in his desk backup secret bunker. If only Graecie would play along too his life would be much easier, thank you very much.

Instead she asks, “Where would that one have gone?”

Dang it. Him and his promise to be honest with people.

The Rebellion got a DND episode but the Horde should have too.

Entrapta is the DM. She wrote the campaign from scratch and created all new creatures for the party to interact with. It’s the most emotional, deep, on the edge of your seat plotline for a campaign anyone has ever seen and everyone is scared. Sometimes she starts cackling behind the DM screen and fear courses through the players’ veins.

Scorpia is the party mom who heals and protects in fights. Maybe Cleric or Fighter? She brings the snacks and sometimes Entrapta lets her help plan sessions. In a tragic turn of events she has difficulty with dice because claws, so others have to help her but she’s having a blast.

Catra does NOT want to be here and is the one that makes the group reschedule constantly. If she is there, she’s making side comments and annoyed at everyone. I think she’d play Barbarian but idk. Keeps breaking character and starting fights both in and out of the game, but she has a strangely high history of rolling nat 20s.

Hordak is there because Entrapta tells him he needs to get out of the sanctum more. They’re flirting every session and it’s really awkward but also adorable. He’s half paying attention to the game and half trying not to faint over seeing evil Entrapta telling her stories. Likely paladin because Prime reasons. It takes him a hot minute to understand how to play.

Kyle keeps rolling nat 1s. Ranger I feel. His character has had to be resurrected at least four times and at this point it’s sad.

Lonnie is actually great at the game and roleplays really well. She’s a warlock with a mysterious past. Also constantly annoyed at Kyle for needing defense in fights.

Rogelio is having fun. Fighter. No one knows what he’s saying but he seems to be really into it. Keeps saving Kyle’s character and ships them (he’s flirting). He’s drawn fanart of the campaign several times and it’s beautiful.

Double Trouble is the bard. They keep seducing enemies and also keep begging Entrapta to let them have shapeshifting abilities.

Because I would watch this episode.

Shadow Weaver is convinced that she would be a better DM than Entrapta. She designs a campaign that would result in total party kill in the first five minutes. She sits in her cell and seethes over a) the Horde spending their time on frivolous fun and b) not being invited.
