learned what a popliteus is, because our goalie had the first ever torn popliteus by an nhl player. our goalie! the first ever! sports doctors will be writing medical papers about thatcher demko in the near future, not “connor hellebuyck” or “andrei vasilevskiy”

watched 2 guys with the exact same name play for our team at the exact same time

watched 3 guys w the exact same last name play for our team at the exact same time

had quinn hughes on our side of the game

a little side soap opera between two star players that every other fanbase was forced to hear about for months. did it suck? yeah!! but think of the drama value that we can say we caused 🤌 we were the main characters for half the season, sorry not sorry

had a goalie break the record for longest-road winning streak for a goalie to start the season

had a player who not only broke the hits record, but is like 150 hits ahead of the rest of the league
