Here is a plot bunny I had recently:

On the eve of her wedding the princess is kidnapped by an “evil” sorceress leading her Prince Charming to come rescue her. Over the course of the story princess realises that Prince Charming is full of shit and the sorceress was trying to save her. In the end the princess and the sorceress fight the Prince together and fall in love and are able to rule the princess’s kingdom together.
