Say الحمد لله 

Abu Bakr ibn ‘Abdullah said:

“A slave never says الحمد لله  one time except that he must receive a blessing for his saying الحمد لله.” 

So what is the proper response to that blessing?

Its response is to say الحمد لله, and so there will come another blessing, and so the blessings of Allah never cease.

May Allāh grant good health to my parents, especially my mother, and let them attain the blessings of this holy month to the fullest. It's hard watching your parents being ill. It's even harder when you see them trying to get a little bit of goodness from this holy month with immense suffering. May Allāh make it easy for them. May Allāh grant shifa to everyone. Ya Allāh, hear our duas.

Control your moods. Stop projecting your mood onto others. The world is not responsible for your misery or hurt. At a certain age, you should know how to control your emotions, especially as a fully grown adult. People shouldn't have to tolerate your negativity, criticism, rude comments, and poor behaviour. Take charge of your emotions and focus on improving them through self-reflection and seeking guidance from Allah. As Muslims we must strive to be kind, mature and respectful in all our interactions.
