@nomorepies
the return to exercise..
This week I managed to attend circuits on Tuesday and I did the Jillian Michaels workout DVD 'Killer Bums & Thighs' on Wednesday. Better than nothing I guess.
I'm currently making enquires into personal training in my local area, comparing prices etc. After Christmas I want to get a personal trainer for some time or do one of the challenges some trainers are doing. I think paying someone and having them tell me what to do helps me focus and actually take action.
Confessions
I was all pumped to do "The Jump Off" but I only managed a few days before other things got in the way and I never got back to it. The bits I did too were great though! I will do it sometime. FACT.
The Jump Off - Petitefi aka Cassandra Fiorella has put together a 4 week functional based workout plan, no gym required. It works on a "pay as you wish" basis. Minimum fee is $5 for a PDF with the plan, or if you appreciate Fi's work and want to help her to continue to produce awesome things you can pay as much more as you want.
There is a facebook group especially for those taking part which is very supportive and helpful. It feels like you have a personal trainer in the form of PetiteFi and all the other people doing the plan.
This is what I started on Friday (6.9.13) and I'm very excited about how I'll progress and what improvements I'll notice as I go!
Back in the game!
I'm back at the exercising business! I'd stopped doing any kind of consistent exercise during all my final year of Uni and although I graduated a few months ago I'm only now managing to get back into exercise. Therefore expect more posts from me in the coming weeks and months!
No matter what, you must keep moving forward

14.7.13 Update!
Recently my dad had a massive heart attack. He survived it and is now in a brain injury unit of a hospital nearby where he will hopefully continue to recover. However at this stage I don't think he'll ever be back to how he once was. This is the first time any of my immediate family have had any serious health issues and this was a big one to start with! With this and some other stresses I've found my appetite has decreased. The house no longer gets stocked with food on a regular basis so there is less to eat in general even if my appetite was normal. My steady weight, even after going to a personal trainer had been 142lbs. I now weigh 133lbs. This is crazy to me because of how much time I've spent over the past few years going through phases of exercise and dieting to get even near to that weight without much success. I'm in a phase now that I eat when I feel myself getting super hungry because I know I should instead of craving a certain taste or eating out of boredom. I'm not celebrating what's happened to my dad because it's made me lose weight in any way, I want to make that clear. But this is an update and my weight has changed and this is why. I hope to get back to exercise and going to the gym soon and I'll maybe notice results faster or I will need more food and energy to fuel the exercise and my weight will increase again. Who knows. It's a weird world.
Look at those muscles! BEAST!
nice !
Getting back to it!
By this time last year I'd already tried to go vegan ( lasted 3 days...) and started Insanity ( lasted 2 weeks until I went back to Uni ).
This year I've head deadlines and hand-ins all over the place so I've not managed to get back into exercise or put much effort into my diet. I've told myself Monday will be GO DAY.
My Uni is starting exercise classes so I'll try to go to them and exercise at home too. I need to stop being lazy and sleeping in every change I get. I need to get up and make the most of the day, get my work done, get my exercise done and plan my food.
Yes.
Hardly posting
I'm in final year of a visual communication course and it's a lot of work and stressful and I have a boyfriend I don't get to see much because he's working on a phd and so I'm eating a lot and not being very active.
I know a lot of you are super busy and still manage to exercise and eat healthy but my time management or general day management skills are terrible and getting worse it seems.
So that is why I've not been posting a lot recently. Sorry.
7 week transformation results
Just noticed I forgot to post these. I'm back to Uni and it's final year. I'm afraid exercise and healthy eating have once again taken a back seat but I'm working on that and time management.
Waist: -2"
Stomach: -2"
Arms: -1.5"
Thighs: -2.5"
Body Fat: -6%
That's 8 inches altogether lost! :)
Ps. I was the same weight I was when I started with these results. Just shows you how important it is to take measurements and NOT base everything on what the scales say.
