🦈: The moment when I competed in the National Games in Si Sa Ket, I broke many records and got gold medals. There was also the World Championships in Abu Dhabi. But on a general feeling, I miss the fun of swimming as a kid, swimming just because the water was cool and refreshed me from the heat. Today, I might not feel that way, but whenever I look back, I always think of that feeling every time. (X)

🦈: Burnout is something every athlete has to face. Each person manages it and find a way out differently. For me, I would study world-class swimmers like Adam Peaty and Caeleb Dressel. They mentioned that after finishing a major competition, they give themselves a lot of time to do other things. I think this method works very well, it keeps us from putting too much pressure on ourselves, gives us the opportunity to experience new things, and lets us to live life a bit outside the swimming pool. (x)

🦈: I made it to join the Thai national youth team when I was 12, and then officially joined the Thai national team at 18. That was around the time I started my freshman year at Chulalongkorn University. Everything felt like it was starting over together all at once. It was a very exhausting time, but looking back, I’m proud that I got through it. I worked extremely hard, both with swimming and studying. Especially being a Thai national team athlete, the training was intense. (x)

progress tiktok live : I swam with Phis. I challenged P’Est to a race. He swam so fast, as expected of a national athlete. I think I swim fast. And I actually swam fast but only for the first half of the pool. for the rest of it, I was out of breath. So P’Est took the win. P’Est swam so fast, everyone.
