he lets one of them in gotham- technically there’s two now, but they look different so you’ll be able to tell which is which fairly easily.

you won’t need to tho, only one comes to gotham. the chief of the citizen would probably wanna know when the flash comes by, but other than that you can report about the Gotham vigilantes
