Yknow, after seeing Project Hail Mary I was fully expecting this website to be all over shipping Grace and Rocky, so to instead find that everyone has agreed that Grace is an aroace icon and he and Rocky are platonic soulmates is a real fun change of pace that is still oh so very tumblr

On the flipside there's the group of fans who are shipping him with Simon from Iron Lung, called the ship BloodyMary, and had them adopt Laika the space dog and call them "The Patron Saints of One-Way Trips" which is so unbelievably tumblr you just have to smile

Are we gonna talk about how Nimona the movie has a gay couple where the brooding dark and handsome knight who was an orphan and wasn't originally meant to be a knight was framed for the murder of the queen at his knighting ceremony and the sunshine lover has to disarm him and accidentally chops off his arm and then he has to go into hiding and they're split up and there's drama and they're not sure if they can trust each other again?

And how that would make for a fantastic BloodyMary AU?

you should all be so proud of me, i did real math. kudos to anyone who figures out why i used those numbers/what they mean specifically. also i thought too much about simon's first time in years eating Food With Flavor so i made a mini comic \/

What I've picked up on: 1. They can't be hallucinations. There's no way I could make any of this up. I'm not sure the Eel would stoop this low either.

2. They're RICH. Food, oxygen, water, plants <- they feel like the Mother

Food may be a problem, though. I eavesdropped.

3. They're scientists and they wanna experiment on me. Haven't said it out loud, but I can read between the lines. Guess I gotta prepare for that.

4. They're both from planets, Grace is directly from Earth. The idea of not being from Earth specifically is foreign (No space colonization?)

5. They're the only ones on the ship. Other crew seem to have died (there's 3 human beds)

6. Definitely not Eden, probably not COI. They care about "progress" like the COI, but the COI wouldn't waste this amount of resources on 3 people
