i’m not new to tumblr by any means, but this is a new blog, and i’d love to make new friends + mutuals ! while it may look like i’m rping sonny here please note that this is not the case ! i’m my own person, we just have the same name.  i’m primarily going to be posting about musical theatre / broadway, but i do have a lot of different interests and belong to a bunch of different fandoms.  i’m going to be posting my fanart here, my headcanons, my gif sets or edits, and hope to get back into writing too ( so you can expect some fanfiction at some point ! ). you can find out more about me and my interests by following the links below, and please like / reblog / follow if we share any interests so i can follow you too !

not people criticising sonpete being cut while criticising the age gap between daniela and carla - 

sonny and pete might only have a 3 year age gap in the film, but they couldn’t make them canon because of the backlash that would come with a 15 year old dating a legal adult. not to mention, noah, despite being 18 (i’m almost certain), he looks a little older bc of his facial hair, which would honestly look even worse for those who didn’t know.

carla and daniela only have 10 years difference between their actors ??? a 40 year old and a 50 year old dating isn’t an issue ??? even though i do headcanon carla as younger than that, even then, two people who are 18+ can have a healthy relationship no matter the age gap (unless there’s a weird power dynamic) which IS NOT THE CASE WITH DANIELA AND CARLA

if you’re okay with sonny (a minor) and pete (an adult) dating, but you’re uncomfortable with carla (an adult) and daniela (an adult) dating, then just fucking say you hate lesbians and go lmfao 

i’m so sick of people fetishizing mlm ships + then trashing the wlw ships bc you just so happen to find them weird. gtfo.

and if you don’t like age gap relationships that’s fine but don’t keep complaining when there’s an age gap relationship that is perfectly healthy ?? you don’t have to ship it but continuously shitting on carla + daniela’s relationship isn’t the hot take you think it is !! literally say you hate lesbians and get tf away from in the heights please you don’t deserve it and we don’t want your gross fetishisation of 15 year old sonny and 18 year old pete <3

when i tell you i CACKLED i mean it, this is the best headcanon i’ve ever received ! wicked is set in a time after society welcomed furries into broader social and professional settings, and the wizard just couldn’t handle it ! which is so understandable bestie !

i’m crying mark WOULD be the one to hustle the system and create all these different accounts at multiple different places so that he could get free food and drinks every day :’) and he’d make the rest of them do it too,, but one day he’d get caught out and he would PANIC ( but after that he’d probably create a whole system of who should go to what store when so that no one would get caught out again lmao and NO ONE would care abt not getting caught as much as mark does but they entertain him when they have to )
