WHAT’S UP MY FAMILY IS IN A FINANCIAL PICKLE!!!

kool so my dad hasn’t had a job since June this year, and I’m in school so I can’t work! The holidays are coming and everyone’s really bummed. We’re losing internet and our phones at this rate, and my Dad’s gonna lose his car. That being said I’m 100% willing to do some comic commissions! (I always am, actually)

Basically, just give me the plot for your comic, we’ll discuss and I’ll draw it! You get to see the process and if there’s anything you like or don’t like or wanna add, we can chat!

I mostly draw Overwatch, but if you have some ocs you want me to do comics with, or even fan characters, I’m open!!

“Estelle?”

It’s difficult for her, Morrison thinks. She’s led a life of being disappointment, confusion, and overcoming hardship. Her trust is earned by inches. He understands as best he can. She’s had a lonely existence. To him, returning to this small town says more than words ever could.

“Bike looks good.” He indicates a motorcycle in the corner of her shop. He’s fond of them and this one is a beauty. Old, but maintained with love. 

“How’s everything coming along? You doing all right?” 

This is all lacking. Too casual. Too distant. She needs something more than that, not to mention better. The old soldier puts his hand on her shoulder for a quick pat, then removes it so she doesn’t feel uncomfortable. 

“You know, I’m here for you. Even if it’s just to help with a car. We do good teamwork, you and me. You never let me down and I need to do the same for you. So what do you say? Let me give you a hand here and you can give me a hand tonight?” 

There’s a little facility outside town that he thinks is dealing in illegal arms with Los Muertos and wants to do some recon before moving in. Estelle is a good fit for the job, she knows the area better than he does.

“Don’t worry,” he reassures her, “I’ve got your back.”

Estelle Voicelines

I’ve been thinking about what her voicelines would be, so I wrote up several of them. This is an ongoing list. Also, if any of these seem out of character, please let me know so I can adjust it. 

 - “We do get happy endings.” 

- “Am I a legacy hero?“ 

- “I’m out of spare parts.” Don’t you love how I included my url, title, and ooc tag lmao 

- “I dunno, maybe I am possessed by the Phoenix-Force!” yes estelle makes references to 80s comic books fite me

- “Are you ok, Annie?” yes she also makes references to 80s songs

- “I’m not that little kid anymore. I can take care of myself.“ 

 In-Game Interactions 

- “Missed me!” (When she redirects an enemy’s projectile)

 - “One shot, no kill!” (When she redirects an enemy Widowmaker’s bullet) bitch wut 

- “People still use arrows??” (When she redirects an enemy Hanzo’s arrow) bitch wUT

 - “Well… at least… you didn’t kill me… right?” (When she redirects a projectile too late and gets hit for less damage) 

 - “You’re pretty, but I hate you.”

    Sombra: “Oh, so you think I’m pretty?” (When an enemy Sombra hacks some of her tech) gayyyyy

 - “I wore that hat once. It was too big for me; you thought it was funny.”

     McCree: “Good times. You were just a little one back then.” (When spawning on the same team as a McCree) 

 - Ana: “When did you learn to be such a good shot?" 

      "I didn’t. I’m cheating.” (When Ana sees Estelle use targeting) 

 - “Oh, I can’t believe I have to work with you again!" 

      Reaper: "So you’re still a little brat.” (When spawning on the same team as a Reaper) 

 - “You ruined my life; now I’m taking yours.” (When killing an enemy Reaper) 

 - Reaper: “Finally got rid of that pain.” (When killing an enemy Estelle) 

 - “Wow, your mech is so cool!" 

     D.Va: "Thanks! I can’t wait for you to see it in action!” (When spawning on the same team as a D.Va) 

 - Soldier 76: “I wonder if we’d be in this mess if Overwatch was still around." 

      "I was just a kid, ok? I’m sorry.” (when spawning on the same team as a Soldier 76 on Point Gibraltar) bitch was he even talking to you or does your attention-seeking ass think that everything’s about you

 I think these all seem pretty reasonable and stuff. Kinda want to record some of them, just for fun.

I keep forgetting that Estelle only has, like, a middle school education in some areas

Like, she spent the better part of five years doing nothing but reading operation manuals and teaching herself how to fix and build things and she’s a total genius in that

But she hasn’t taken a math or English course since she was 10 and is probably not good at either

She has middle school level math and is trying to build complicated machines can you imagine how hard that would be

♓ - Hey baby, what’s your sign? What would your character’s zodiac sign be and what qualities do they carry to make them fall under that sign?

Estelle is an Aries (her birthday is April 12, in about a month!). According to this site, Estelle is generous and appreciates fun, which are both true. However, she is not otomistic, something that site makes a point about. She is actually a bit pessimistic sometimes. It also says that she is impulsive and impatient, which is very accurate.

📓 - If your character keeps a journal, what is the most secret thought they keep in it?

Estelle does not really have a diary, but she does keep some sketches and designs of possible inventions and possible improvements to existing ones. She is quite secretive about some of them, especially anything to do with the chip in her head. She worries that someone could easily brainwash, control, or even kill her if they know how it works.

🍜 - Carnivore/Pescatarian/Vegetarian/Vegan/Other? What kind of diet does your character have?

Estelle isn’t very picky; she eats almost anything. Generally, she will buy things that she doesn’t have to cook because she thinks it takes up too much time, though she is not a bad cook. She does like most vegetables and tries to eat healthy.

⛪ - Is your character religious or spiritual in any way?

Estelle is something of a non-practicing Catholic. She sort of got into religion after she started to live on her own as a way to comfort her, but has gotten out of habit of going to church. She prays sometimes if she’s in trouble or something, but not much else. 

She doesn’t really have strong beliefs about what happens after death; she doesn’t fully grasp the idea of her own mortality. She has strong convictions that she is here for a reason, and she doesn’t think that she is going to die any time soon. This can lead to some rather foolish decisions, but it can also be good since she is not afraid to risk her life to help others.

🎃 - What is your character’s favorite holiday?

As a child, Estelle liked holidays a lot. She knew that at every holiday, people would get together and be friendly with one another whether or not they liked each other. People who were always angry were nice gabriel, people who ignored or looked down on her treated her kindly, and everyone got along. She liked it when there was no conflict.

Now, she still enjoys holidays because of her childhood, and her favorite holiday is Christmas. This is one of the few times she will go to church or something (the others being Easter and maybe a few other times a year). Despite this, she does not really connect with the religious aspects of the holiday.

She really enjoys decorating and is really fucking extra. She has so many lights and decorations out that it just looks tacky, but she absolutely loves it. Dont get me started on her halloween decorations Her decorations go up on December first and come down sometime in the middle of January.

She will alway try to rope everyone into eating cookies and watching cheesy old movies with her.
