If you wouldn't say it to someone else, stop saying it to yourself.
Respect yourself and the world will follow.
When you fully embrace who you are, confidence will come naturally.
You are responsible for your own mental health and emotional well-being. You have the power to set boundaries and save yourself from harmful relationships or interactions.
Toxic is toxic, no matter who it comes from. It doesn't matter if it's a friend, family member, or even a romantic partner.
Toxicity should never be tolerated or accepted.
Be kind to yourself, just like you are to others.
If you can do it easily for others, why not for yourself as well ?
Just because something worked for someone else doesn't mean it'll work for you too.
Don't get stuck following things that don't resonate with who you are. Be mindful and choose what aligns best with your own.
Don't try to escape your feelings. Just feel it. Feel it until it makes sense. Let it out. Let it wash over you. Don't fight it. Don't suppress it. Just let it be.
You will never do that if you are waiting to feel ready. If you want to get there, just start.
It's okay to not be okay. You don't have to pretend that you're fine when you're not.
Learn to accept what has passed. Dwelling on it won't change anything.
Look back and see how many rocky roads you've crossed, how many struggles you've faced, and how many obstacles you've overcome.
Be proud of yourself! Thanks to yourself!
No matter how broken, how many failures, or how messy things may seem, always believe that you have the strength to overcome.
Keep going strong, and you will reach your destination. Believe in God. Believe in yourself. You’ll be there. You’ll be there.
May you have the determination and resilience to keep moving forward, no matter what.
Never regret everything that has already happened.
Move forward and focus on growth.
You can't change what's happened to you, but you have the power to shape the days ahead.
We are all humans. We are not perfect. Sometimes we do something wrong, and that's okay. What truly matters is what you will do after that.
