Welcome to my blog, my name is Nova and this is all about me!! New and improved by the way.

I have autism, potentially have ADHD too. I have chronic depression, OCD and anxiety and other undiagnosed mental health issues (thanks NHS for ignoring me :3) - I have trauma (childhood + other) and I tend to age regress so keep that in mind.

Because my eldest blood brother was abusive af to his wife/my sister in law before he left to the point that his young children called him "Mean Daddy".

Also to the extent that a waitress asked my SIL if she needed to call someone to take her home or even get the police to come.

Trisha told me last night that even though he moved 16 hours away (he decided a new life was best for him) she is still genuinely afraid of him and will not meet him unless they're somewhere in public.

He's fine with that, because he gave her full rights over all four ADOPTED children that he SIGNED FOR because "He never wanted to be a dad."

He fooled everyone. Two years ago I thought he was the absolute greatest dad/brother known to man.

The biggest struggle for me is not having any irl friends because what do you mean I can't just go outside the house and meet up with someone and have fun? What do you mean I'm stuck in the house forever oh my gods I just wanna like, go somewhere.

as a fallen angel , i was DEFINITELY a follower of lucifer before they descended. and man,, they were right. conscious individuals should be educated. we should keep asking questions about the people in charge and the power dynamics because it's good for us ! it's undeniably something we need to do, whether we want to or not. sorry to be all philosophical right now but it is important to be educated on everything that affects you and the people around you.

I hate having a sore throat. It sucks. My throat is screaming at meeeeeee

I fear I'm shit at providing comfort, like I feel for someone so much to the point where I'd lose sleep worrying about them, my depression literally comes from the fact I worry about people far too much and it caused me to become sick.

But in person and online the most I do is go "aw I'm so sorry, I'm here for you" OR give advice/wisdom it depends on what someone's sad about. Or I throw in a "🫂".

I just wish I could do be more verbal about my comfort for others? I struggle being verbal anyway, with my autism and age regression & stuntedness I tend to be rather lacking in adequate social skills, like I can type formally but that's because of how my brain speaks but thought to mouth and it comes out as "...that's so sad"

Tl;dr if I send you a hug emoji it isn't me trying to dismiss you or ignore your struggles, it's me trying to verbalise that I care about you so much and what you're going through and I wish I could take it from you so you didn't have to suffer anymore and I love you and you're worthy of peace and you're amazing and so loved and just... yeah
