So here’s a true story: my father, sometime in the 70s was looking for his first job. He went to the local McDonalds and told the staff, [manager’s name] said I was supposed to start today. They took his word for it and started training him and by the time the manager saw him and asked who he was, people just said “oh that’s the new guy.”

Somehow this actually worked. My dad worked there for a couple of years as a cook. He even won an award plaque which he had on the wall until the day he died.

Archivist Tim AU!

So I’ve seen Archivist Sasha and Archivist Martin AU’s, but what about Archivist Tim!

Elias gives him the job out of pure spite. Literally nothing else. He see’s Tim constantly breaking the dress code and other rules and is just like ‘You know what fuck it, have fun dealing with 14 fucking fear gods’

And it derails EVERYTHING! Because Elias is needing and Archivist who will run away this fucker running at the fears with a flame thrower. When he wants someone to cling to paranoia this fucker is still running after them with a flamethrower. He has tried to throw explosives through the distortions door and the coffin…Sasha is the ONLY reason the archives have not burnt down.

Even before the fears with all the little things these 2 are in a war of pettiness, and they will not be the one to blink first.

Tim will stop statements in the middle to make comments or jokes (Even when he has full beholding and Elias is like…how are you doing this that’s not how that should work did you break the beholding Tim?How did you break the beholding?!) he also spends so long setting up Jon and Martin, and these 2 avoid like 90% of the shit, they’re not in the archives during the worm attack because Tim sent them on a ‘research trip’ which is more him just sending them to date spots and seeing how long it takes them to realize.

The whole thing ends with these 2 eye avatar idiots trying to beat each other to death with tape records because they can’t compel each other, while Sasha and Peter just watch on shaking their heads at their idiots. (Jon and Martin are on their honeymoon in Scotland chilling with all of the good cows)
