Silent Whispers AU - Short summary

(This is a Cookie Run Kingdom AU)

Part 1 - because I'm still thinking about how some events should go down

Silent Whispers is a bodyswap AU, in which slowly but surely, the beasts, instead of having Dark Enchantress make a body for them, take over the Ancients bodies.

The name of the AU comes from the fact that just like the lights of truth, passion, abundance, resolution and freedom, the beasts' Souljams also talk ((whisper)) to their holders! Since their souljams are corrupt however, instead of words of hope and encouragement, they shame, berrate and push their users.

Of course, since the Ancients will hold said souljams, chaos ensues

Since starting up a RP with these characters, I've started to think more about how the ancients lost their bodies to the beasts again. The biggest mystery I still have to solve is how the gang gets their new bodies to actually be able to access the physical realm again, but for now heres everything I got so far:

The story diverges from the 2. Chapter of Beast yeast since the AU was made around that time. Before Shadow Milk can be locked inside the silver tree again, he attatches himself to Pure Vanilla Cookie, faking being re-sealed. Pure Vanilla promptly decides that this is too much for him, White Lilly and Elder Faery to handle and flies back to the Pure Vanilla Kingdom, notifying his friends and inviting them as well as the Creme Republic to join him for another council meeting to discuss how they should face this newly discovered threat.

The weeks leading up to the meeting he's plagued by terrible nightmares, which are caused by Shadow Milk to weaken him. White Lilly notices that something isn't right, but Pure Vanilla assures her that everything is fine and that he's just processing what had happened in beast yeast. On the evening of the last day before the council meeting is supposed to be held, Shadow Milk once again plays the part of the light of truth, urging him to seek out a very special spell that could help him sleep better. Through his delerium, he doesn't doubble check what spell he's casting and from one second to the next he finds himself rather dizzy, floating in the air, looking down upon himself as his body smiles back at him.

He hears himself mocking him, laughing at his stupidity, before everything turns black and an undefined ammount of time later- he finds himself inside a cage, covered in absolute darkness.

White Lilly, who saw the whole thing happen, tries to run, but is caught by the newly formed 'Eclipsed Vanilla Cookie' (Shadow Milk Cookie in Pure Vanilla Cookie's body).

The day of the 2. council meeting arrives and Hollyberry alongside Pitaya and Wildberry Cookie are the first ones to enter the Pure Vanilla kingdom, completely unaware of what had occurred the night before. Everything is quiet, the birds aren't chirping and the raisin villagers are nowhere to be seen. Promptly, they're attacked by a strangely dressed Black Raisin Cookie, whose spouting nonesense. They manage to fend off without having to hurt her. Pitaya sais to head back, since something clearly isn't right here, but Hollyberry couldn't leave knowing that her friends could be in danger. Upon entering the castle, Eclipsed Vanilla welcomes them, secretly trying to snatch them up from behind. Pitaya senses the threat coming, dragging Hollyberry away, but being to slow to save Wildberry, who'se then ensnared by Eclipsed Vanilla's strings. Against Hollyberry's will, Pitaya drags her away and flies off.

And thats part 1! I have more of the story, but allat is in verryyy short form and bullet points

Ok but like, am I the only one thats torn between getting a new Shrimpo skin this easter? I'M NOT SAYING I DISLIKE THEM!!! He slays so hard in every single one!!! They're one of my absolute favorites in the game but also my boy is such a drag to play. Its fun for a quick challenge but I dont wanna do that everytime I hop on, sometimes I just wanna turn my brain off and Shrimpo just aint the character for it.

I really wish that there was like a toggle for his challenge mode or smt, give him normal stats and then an option to decrease them all to 1 star.

Getting another banger skin would just mean that my depseration for that feature would grow larger </3

Design idea doodles for human Shrimpo, Boxten, Poppy and Looey

Shrimpo's hairtie is barbed wire with a fishhook, thats for sure. Since there are punching bags in his room he'd probably be a boxer and could punch out your teeth, still also very stubborn

Boxten still has his blue bandana, but aside from that I haven't gotten any defining ideas that could make his design pop out more.

Poppy I've always invisioned with two big poofy buns, I don't know what it is about them but they just suit her so well! I also gave her a missing tooth because why not... :P I didn't draw it here but she definitely wears roller skates, I've seen a few other people give them to her and it just makes so much sense

I imagine Looey to have like, really fluffy hair and a million freckles, even more then my sprout design... and a perpertually slightllyyy more red then average nose. Could also count as an insecurity for him!! Yayy!!

These are all for my Mafia AU that I'm absolutely brainrotted about, since all of them work for Dandy, they carry the logo of Gardenview (which here isn't something Delilah founded- she's busy with the Iliad Project)
