Favorite salad on my lunch break today at work! Tomorrow is my last day of training here at GTM sportswear.....headed out to the floor on Wednesday! Time to get in my cubicle and start answering the phone! 😅 Anxious, but ready. 👊 ______________________________ I had the best weekend full of lots of yummy foods 😋 and I finally got to meet @courtsfitstagram! Lovers for life 👯 I'm definitely happy to be back on my cooking grind 😉 Usually my meals aren't labor intensive, and this salad is no excuse! I grilled the chicken on my George Forman grill, and put it on top of a bed or spinach 🍃 and also added strawberries, almonds, cashews, and a light Italian dressing. So good and fresh! I hope you all get thru the rest of this Monday! 😘

always a good choice 😍 chipotle salad bowl with 1/2 scoop black beans, double fajita veggies, chicken, mild salsa, 1/2 scoop corn, and a little cheese. Oh and green chili sauce 😛 The chicken was EXTRA tasty this time 😏

Started a new job this past Monday and have been going through some pretty intense 8 hour training sessions ever day this week + having insomnia = lots of caffeine to keep me alive 😐 It's all good though❤️ I've got an amazing family, and some pretty great friends to help get me thru long days! Plus it's almost FALL🍂🍁 my favorite season! 😁 I hope everyone had a great week! It's almost FRIDAYYY😏✌️

Can't wait. 🙆 This protein shake was super easy and SO TASTY! 🎃1/2 banana 🎃1/2 c pumpkin purée 🎃1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk 🎃vanilla stevia 🎃whey protein (I used vanilla ice cream flavored) 🎃1/4 c vanilla Greek yogurt 🎃pumpkin spice, a little nutmeg, and cinnamon 🎃ICE! I froze the banana half and the pumpkin purée for about an hour before I made this shake. Hi hi! 😘 I hope everyone has been doing great lately! ❤️ I need to get back at posting on here. My meals are usually boring, or just plain ugly. 😅 So I'm in the process of transitioning to a new gym! It's slightly smaller, but it's close to my house and still very nice! And I like the people there more🙊🙈 Anyway. ☝️☝️ this was my lunch today at work! Broccoli, grilled chicken, cashews, and I topped it with salsa post picture. 😛 I love simple meals like this! Goodnight everyone! 😴

Channeling my inner @courtsfitstagram with this gem. I ❤️ french toast. I layered it with pumpkin fluff (@_captainmorgan__ pumpkin breakfast pudding + 3 egg whites added into the recipe) and topped it with almond butter, peanut butter, and wf. 😶 SO GOOD. Can't wait to be reunited tomorrow night 😏

Post glute&hams day noms! I think stir fry is one of my favorite meals ever. 😋 Oh, and that tasty drink is a root beer float!! I used Zevia ginger root beer (sweetened with stevia) and added a little coconut milk! SO GOOD! No carbs you say? Just wait...those will come later....😏

Hey everyone!! Took a much needed break from IG this last week 💃 but now I'm back!! So here's what has happened to me in the last week: Someone at work added peanut butter to my shake instead of almond butter. Since peanut butter is not allowed on the #whole30 i decided to stop doing it. I would have kept going if I was closer to the finish, but since I was only half way though, that little mess up screwed up my whole mindset! 👎 I will do it again someday. ______________________________ We went to the zoo 🐯🐨🐻🐒 yesterday then to sushi to celebrate my mom's 30th birthday! 😜 The rainbow roll is one of my all time favorite rolls. 😛 I hope everyone has had a great weekend!

My whole mindset has changed, and I thought that deserved a name change as well! Número dos: I'm learning Spanish! I have wanted to learn the language for a while now, and I'm finally doing it 💃 #3: I am 1/4 Mexican. 👨 #4: I kinda love the guy in the picture with me 💑 #5: I started this blog as a way for me to learn about food and fitness from other bloggers! I literally knew nothing. #6: I LOVE COOKED BROCCOLI. #7: I moved out of my parents house at 18, and now I am a business manager at 20! #8: ^^As proud as I am of myself for working my way up to the manager position, I am VERY unhappy with my job. 🙍 #9: Fall is my absolute FAVORITE season!! 🍂🍁🌞🌀🎃 I get giddy just thinking about it. #10: I have ran in 3 half marathons, and I plan on doing a 4th sometime soon! #11: I love kids and want 4 of my own. 👶👶👶👶
