So, I recently watched gameplay of an MLP infected and I decided to create something with an Outlast vibe in a similar style.

I wanted to depict the progression of Coyle's disease, from the moment of infection to its development. However, there’s no final stage included here, as it would be best to showcase that in a full-body view of the character.

(It’s totally not the case that I had planned to do this before but haven’t touched the topic since last months.)
