It’s really difficult and I know it feels terrible, but just try as best you can to distract yourself because time definitely heals this feeling. Don’t talk to him, don’t look at any pictures or anything like that. This is a good time to focus on and spoil yourself a little bit. Redirect your positive energy to yourself as best you can.
