maybe today you weren’t as productive as you wanted to be.

maybe today was one of those days where all you did was lie in bed, staring at your phone, or the ceiling; eating too much, or not at all.

maybe today you relapsed.

if today was one of those days for you, I just want to let you know that it’s okay. don’t beat yourself up for having bad days, or bad weeks, or even bad months. everyone recovers at their own pace, after all.

what matters is that you made it through today, and I am so proud of you for it. now get some much needed rest.

tomorrow you can start again.

I finished the outline for my second book! I'm very excited to see how it turns out...it's very, very, VERY different than the first! If you saw my first post about it, you might have an idea of what to expect 😃 Otherwise, be prepared to be surprised!
