i graduated high school yesterday <3
leave people who hurt you behind. they'll try to come back into your life once they know you're successful, but they're just pathetic.
they will go as far as to hurt you with their words because they are weak and are jealous of you.
if they hurt you, drop them. don't let them come back.
they won't change.
focus on you, be selfish with your time and your feelings.
idk how to make my room have this aura. my bed is bigger than what i'm used to, it has a spring/frame that i'm not used to having. i'm so unsure of what to do.

had a good day at school tdy :’) i’m glad i did.
period 1: did work for 85% of class
period 2: had a quiz, did college stuff the rest of the time
period 3: spoke to my guidance counselor :’)
period 4: ate lunch and watched one tree hill 🤞🤞
period 5: drew iron man!!
period 6: precalc (it’s kicking my ass)
period 7: abnormal psych!! i joked around w/ classmates, which is a milestone for me.
period 8: wrote notes, zoned out bc i was so tired.
overall good day!!

there's more to life..
than just school. there's more outside of the walls that hold you for 8 hours a day.
there's the smell of the river that i inhale after a long day. i run up to the gate that separates me from the river, and breathe it in like it's my last breath.
there's the feel of smooth concrete below my skateboard that i love--it's smooth, almost as if i were gliding. i can breathe when i skate.
there's the feel of sitting in a restaurant and sitting at a table with people i love.
there's the feeling of sinking into the cushion of the couch with my dog laying beside me and the fluffy blanket on top of me. i sleep better with my dog beside me.
nothing beats the feeling of being out in the country/greenland, away from the industrial city and populated areas. it's freeing.
that's what i want.
there's more to life outside of school. it'll get so much better after this.
so people who recommend taking walks (or just generally being outside)...
they have a point.

i hung out in the city with my friends and took a lot of pictures, so here are some <3
do the things that you know will make you happy, even if it will be tiresome afterward.
i went to the city two days ago and it took me TWO HOURS to get home.
my friend and i said goodbye at like 16:00 and then i walked to the ferry, come to find out i missed it.
THEN I MISSED THE NEXT ONE and had to walk 5 blocks to get an iphone charger bc my phone was at 33%.
then had to walk to the train station to take the train. THEN i had to wait for a local train bc all the trains decided to switch to express </3
THEN take the bus home
oh nvm, it took THREE HOURS TO GET HOME
anyway i had fun though + i traveled home w my other friend so at least i wasnt alone :3

even if it seems like a lot of work or it seems mundane and boring.
these things seemed like a lot of work in my mind, but in actuality, they ended up making me feel very happy.
meeting my gaming friend in the city 2x <3
going to a birthday lunch for my friend (we had sushi 😋)
watching a show i haven't watched in a while
