is it just me or does Artfight just suck this year? It’s my second year doing Artfight and I’ve made 17 attacks so far..with only 5 revenges and 1 attack from my friend. I’m very grateful for those 6 lovely artworks I received, but why are people not revenging back and so focused on attacking big artists that are already receiving HUNDREDS of attacks? I know art takes time and sometimes you just don’t want to revenge, but come ON man. I draw in my fucking photos app and work really hard doing it! All I’m asking for is a doodle at least :/

I really hope the success of Project Hail Mary can show Hollywood that (among many other amazing things this movie did) you don’t need to shoehorn in a romance subplot that adds nothing and would actually probably take away from the overall message.

So many other filmmakers would’ve turned Stratt into a love interest, and the fact that they didn’t is huge. Stratt and Grace can have a complex relationship without it having to be romantic or sexual in nature. They can just be friends.

To have an incredibly popular, successful movie that doesn’t have that, where the main character is largely headcannoned as aroace, is huge. Genuinely makes me want to cry with happiness.
