Welcome to another Obey Me! Headcanon blog!

This blog is just a hobby of a college student, so don't expect some extraordinary posts or routine. Just some silly ideas about our favorite immortal beings. Probably this blog will have a lot of errors and mistakes because I'm not used to maintaining a blog but whatever.

Satan regularly receives cards destined to Santa but were misspelled.

Since we're on Christmas time... Self-explanatory. And it's cute.

I know the brothers are supposed to be bad seeing as they're demons and all, but can we talk about how their "sins" can actually help MC with things they need help with??

For example: Lucifer can help MC with confidence issues. He can give them pep talks and help them gain self-confidence and assurance when they're feeling insecure.

Mammon can help remind MC the importance of splurging on themself every once in a while. He can also teach MC the importance of not being too people pleasing.

Leviathan can remind MC that it's okay to be envious of people and things sometimes as it's a normal emotion. He can also teach them that you shouldn't be ashamed of the things you like just because it isn't popular or common.

Satan can teach MC that anger is also a common emotion to feel and that it's okay to let it out sometimes. He can also teach them to enjoy the small things in life like cats and books.

Asmodeus can help MC with things like self-care. Whenever they get overwhelmed or burnt out, he can help them have a relaxing spa day and rejuvenate their body and mind. He could also be great at helping MC with their body image and give them confidence in their look just like Lucifer.

Beelzebub can help MC with things like healthy eating and having a healthy relationship with food. He can also help them stay healthy by working out with them. He can show them how to have a healthy balance of food and exercise.

Belphegor can help MC have a healthy sleep schedule. He can remind them to take naps and get good sleep even if they have a lot to do. He knows how bad a shitty sleep schedule can make you feel, so he tries his best to get his brothers and MC to sleep long enough.

TL;DR: I think all of the brothers can use their "sin" to help MC have a better lifestyle and be both mentally and physically healthy.

MC: Alright, look. There were two reasons why I wanted to go into the attic. One: I was hearing Belphie's voice from there asking for help, and two: Lou was acting suspicious as fuck about it with the whole threatening me and shit.

Lucifer: I-

MC: Shh, let me explain!

Lucifer: …

Belphie: Pff…

Satan: So what, you're saying that if Lucifer hadn't acted the way he did, you would've just given up? No trying to go into the attic, no suspicion, you would've just ignored Belphie's voice and went on with your day?

MC: Absolutely. I mean, think about it: I had just gotten here, and someone not wanting a stranger to go into certain parts of their house is kinda reasonable. And like I said, it wasn't the "not letting me go there" thing that made me want to go there, it was the suspicious behavior!

Because again, you threatened me and just started being an overall dick after you caught me trying to go up the stairs.

Lucifer: MC-

MC: But I understand your reasons, you were worried, wanted to protect your family, and bla-bla-bla. Don't worry, it's fine. We've come a long way, I love you, you love me, and there's that. But going back to the topic…

MC: So the point is, you catch me going to the attic, and you threaten to kill me if I try doing it again. You don't try to explain, don't try to convince me I shouldn't go there, you just go: "I have this tea that will put you to endless sleep, muahahahaha."

MC: And in my head, I go: "Bet. Imma see what the fuck's up there, and you old man, you ain't stopping me."

MC: But that could've been prevented! Like, if you hadn't threatened me, and tried to explain why I shouldn't go there in the first place-

MC: Well, you could've come up with anything! Because remember, I had just dropped here, in literal fucking hell. So you could've told me literally ANYTHING and I would've believed you. Like, you could've just told me the room was cursed by an evil spirit or something. Because I'd hear that and go: "Alright, have a nice day. I'm never stepping foot on these stairs again."

Beel: Pff...

MC: But nooo, Mr. Pride had to go: "I won't give you ANY explanation, and I will KILL you if you try going there again." And that combined with the strange voice asking for help? It did not give you a great look, I gotta say...

HEADCANON

WHAT DEMONUS REALLY IS

So, Demonus gets demons drunk, and yet it has no effect on humans, yes?

Well, alcohol is basically light poisoning or heavy depending how much you're drinking. SO, what would be poisonous to demons but not humans?

Holy water!

What if Demonus is actually just different beverages with very, very minute concentrations of holy water added? Not enough to kill them, but certainly enough to fuck with their bodies a little bit in a way that resembles drunkenness!

And as to why it seems to affect angels, well, they're actually getting high rather than drunk. Simeon feels very giggly and floaty, plus loses his words -- which is different from his drunkenness off of human-world alcohol in this year's birthday card!

So Demonus contains holy water -- poisons demons, gets angels high, and does nothing to humans! Makes perfect sense.

Random Thoughts 🌊🌊🪽

I feel like Levi would've had the hardest time learning how to fly when he was younger.

Sure, as any angel would, he got the hang of it eventually, but as a little kid (or the angelical equivalent of a ten year old or so) it might have taken a long time. I like to think that even as an angel, Levi had an affinity to water and swimming, and no one understood why. Maybe that somehow manifested when he became a demon of the sea.

But going back to his early days, no one was really patient with him when he was learning. Angels usually have the natural instinct of flight when they're around a toddler or so, so I have no doubt that Levi would be teased relentlessly by other kids for his clumsy fighting skills.

Well... all except his two older brothers, of course!

I'm sure back then, Mammon and Levi were really close and would often play together, so Mammon would help him when he needed it.

Lucifer, meanwhile, would use any free time he had to give Levi personal lessons. I'd imagine Mammon being his personal cheerleader whenever he was around to see his lessons.

Little did the three of them know that Leviathan never belonged in the air in the first place 😅
