everyone knows that band kids are add as hell. this is fine for the back half of the room cause no one gives a shit about you and you can do whatever you want. but the closer you are to front and center the poor the bd pays attention to you, which is unfortunate because now you have no real way to entertain yourself. as some who has never been less than second chair flute for seven years running I have always struggled with finding something to keep myself from not being bored while also not being caught.

so my question for you lovelies is, what is the zanniest thing you’ve done to entertain yourself during rehearsal?
