I feel like I owe my roleplay partners an apology. I have not been feeling great about writing anything other than drabbles here and there and I lost motivation for muses. So I was thinking of dropping absolutely everything and revamp my indie that way maybe I can decide what characters I want to continue writing. It will take a while so I guess we can call this a hiatus until I finish the blog and stuff.

although shaking her head, red gave in just a bit and went to go pour herself some more, coming back with a half full glass that rivaled her tiny shot glass. “this is all i’m having cause i’d rather not suffer tomorrow at work and make my life miserable.” clinking her glass with luna’s, the redhead took another sip, silently regretting the choice she made to have a bit more as the thought of a never-ending headache in the morning haunted her. 

❛you’re too afraid of headaches and just an overall hangover huh?❜ she laughs. luna’s scary stories about hangovers were over the top of her head but she didn’t want to give red a reason not to drink with her.  ❛i’ll tell you a secret, you just have to make sure to drink a glass of sparkly water in between two drinks and have a snack, you’ll never get a hangover if you follow this plan❜

That and being a single father and you in the middle of a divorce with a daughter of your own… I guess I thought I’d somehow find the perfect time.”

God he was an idiot, he fucking knew he was. “Do… you still feel that way? Are you still head over heels for me or did I just fuck up our friendship?” He was still and tense as he waited for an answer, praying to whatever god was out there that he hadn’t lost his chance at being with her. “Lola and Astrid do get along well, I don’t know if that helps or not.”

she understood where he was coming from but saying it now, that was fucking scary. lorelai was known for having a tough nature around her, she was someone who could handle anything but when it came to cason, things changed. she sighs, a hand runs throught her blonde locks.  ❛I don’t know❜ she wanted to say yes, she wanted to say yes with all her heart but getting hurt again was always a possibility and she was exhausted after the divorce.

callum knew he was being annoying, but right now he needed to unwind, he needed to be reminded of what was here at home. he got the oils and stopped for a moment as she asked how his day had been, pulling her over to the sofa softly as he didn’t say anything. he started to kneed her feet softly for a moment as he pondered on where to start on his day. “rough day.” he said quietly, his job was tough, people died and he hated it. “some days you don’t get there in time or you save everyone.” he confessed with a sigh, looking up to her for a moment. “this kid – she can’t have been much older than Iz – 7 maybe. she didn’t make it, she was – I just – it sticks in your mind. I just want to be here and look after you all and – god I want to wrap her in cotton wool forever….all off you.”

april knew the question made him stop on his tracks but she needed to ask. if he could just spit it out and get it off his chest that was more than okay, he couldn’t carry whatever was bothering him for so long. the brunette listens to him talk about the rough day he had at work. as a teacher she couldn’t exactly know what it felt like seeing people die. her profession was about teaching kids and controlling their emotions when she could, it was still heroic but callum had it a lot harder.  ❛you can’t save everyone❜ she quietly says, fingers reaching for his cheek.  ❛it wasn’t your fault, you tried your best, just remember that❜ april sighs. a 7 year old gone was definitely too much, kids deaths were always hard to swallow.  ❛and we want to wrap you in too, we’re always afraid of losing you❜ she couldn’t imagine her world without him, it was terrifying.
