Felt it was only appropriate to bring this back too, since it’s now officially March. You have plenty of time to rectify this before the 17th.

“I hope that the next time you’re happy, you won’t get so low when it’s gone. I hope you find something that heals your soul. I hope you trust the universe that it has a plan for your next smile. Because it does. You’ll see.”

Every day lately. Feeling stuck in the most unhealthy situation for us both after a break up. Just wondering for how long til something breaks and I'm free to start healing.
“Even now, as broken as you may feel, you are still so strong. There’s something to be said for how you hold yourself together and keep moving, even though you feel like shattering. Don’t stop. This is your healing. It doesn’t have to be pretty, or graceful. You just have to keep going”

7 Tips for Taking Care of your Mental Health
1. Take care of your physical health as this affects your mental health.
2. Take time-out and give yourself some space. You need to get away from the busyness.
3. Invest time in hobbies and doing things you love. These help you to switch off and get in touch with yourself.
4. Develop an attitude of gratitude as that can help remind you of some good things in your life.
5. If you can, do your best to stay in top of the mess as a tidy room can help you feel less stressed.
6. Have at least one friend you can turn to when you’re down, as we all need someone who we know is there for us,
7. Avoid toxic people who leave you feeling bad. You have a right to establish healthy boundaries.
1 - look we can be sweet and cuddle. 2 - lemme just nibble a bit. #puppylove (at Salt Lake City, Utah)
Would you watch a 4-hour cut of ‘Black Panther’?
GIVE ME THE 4 HOUR CUT OF THE MOVIE AND THE SCORE NOW!!!
RELEASE THE COOGLER CUT
I NEED ALL 4 HOURS. RUN ME MY ALL 4 HOURS. THANK YOU
can we just take some time to appreciate the fact that, yes, people are calling for a release of a director’s cut of the movie, but that’s because it was a legitimately good movie that everyone wants to see more of, and NOT because the movie flopped and we’re trying to convince people “no, it really is good, trust me!”
I would pack a lunch, snacks, and cocktails to see that cut
listen, the movie that got released was absolutely perfect. There weren’t really any unanswered questions or plot holes or dangling plot points. They didn’t cut anything vital to understanding the story, and they released a tight movie with good pacing and flow. I respect that.
But if you think for one goddamn moment that I wouldn’t sit through a 4 hour cut just to see more of Shuri, or a day in the life of Queen Mother Ramonda, or more about Nakia’s aid, spy, and rescue missions, more about the history and backstories of Okoye, W'Kabi, and T'Challa and what it was like for them growing up, and the love story of Okoye and W'Kabi that exists just on the edges and running underneath the main action, to see more of Erik’s life journey and more from M'Baku and the Jabari, and more from the other tribes - If you think I wouldn’t happily and eagerly sit through a 4 hour cut of the Black Panther just to see these things, then you have not been paying attention. I hope that 4 hour cut gets released; I can’t wait for whatever special edition bluray gets released with that 4 hour cut plus as many hours of special features and behind the scenes making-of documentaries about the design work and special effects and worldbuilding and influences. I want it; I want it all

Pride month is about to hit the west coast and I thought I’d make a little list of the word “pride” in a bunch of different languages. I hate that I need to explain it but y’all know how people be so uh obviously I don’t speak all these languages I used a translator for the VAST majority of these and if there are some mistakes please make me aware and I can fix it ASAP! I know the word may be different in some languages in the context of “LGBT/Gay Pride” (many languages use the English term or other terms that are separate from just a direct translation of pride) and I will correct them if there is a better term but it’s hard to directly translate into so many languages!!
Had a fun time at the pride game for rsl with these goofs! Not pictured are Jeff and his girls. Next time we'll get all of us. #pride #rsl #rslove #rslpride (at Real Salt Lake)
So big!!!
So pretty! 🤣
This picture has brought me so much joy this week. And for once, it's not about my puppy (well not just about him). It's about the woman who is holding him and the smile on her face. She's been such a bright part of my life for the past year, and I don't think she's been aware how much. I used to dread going to work, no one I connected with in a boring job. She started, made me laugh and was a truly good friend. She introduced me to my other friends at work and my attitude changed and so has my work experience. But outside of work, she's amazing. Her friendship is invaluable, she's funny, kind and thoughtful as well as so many other things. She's been going through a lot the past few months, a lot of things that are hers alone to talk of. But I'm so proud to call her friend, not only for the joy she's brought to my life but the astonishing way she's handling what life has thrown at her. TLDR: Thanks for being my pal Chum!
