To my daughter: You're so little! You get so excited to see me and I'm constantly trying to just be next to you. I'm trying to work on my health so I don't leave your life anytime soon. I replaced the ethernet cord that connects directly to my desktop with a cat 7 one.

I can't believe the results. I was suffering heavy buffer bloat thinking my router needed replacing but all along it was the ethernet cord. The reason why I didn't replace it sooner is because I was too lazy to replace 30 ft of the stuff.

Parents

You know, I'm 33 now and my parents have been living in Colombia for a few years now. It's a classic immigrant story where the parents do their part in making sure their kids are born and raised in the USA so that the kids are way better off.

It worked but I greatly miss them. And it's the little things too. From my mom's hands caressing my face or head to my dad's smell and smile.

If you're able to hug your parents, please do so.

Christmas pretty much summed up right around this corner. The chocolate chip cookies were amazing but the sugar cookies came out terrible so we're trying again next week.

If you’ve ever wished you could play something like Ico, Shadow of the Colossus or Journey on your PC...wait no more.

Rime is a game I downloaded a few days ago. It’s incredibly beautiful and the soundtrack is stellar. The controls are well done most of the time. They’re a little wonky when you’re climbing.

Performance wise, it could be better. BUT, I’m also trying to run this at 4K with a GTX 1070 so I don’t know if my specs are at fault or the game’s optimization.

Anyway, buy it. You will not regret it.
