fun fact! while the translators of haikyuu chose to give characters from the kansai region of japan an accent to denote that they speak differently, kansai-ben is actually more than just an accent, as it's a different dialect. there's different vocabulary and grammatical structures in kansai ben!

so it would actually not be that out of character for you to write kita shinsuke saying "deadass?" instead of "really?"
