hey, can you expand on being pro-fictionkin, and pro-otherkin, but anti-endo? Doesn't really make sense to me. Like are we trusting people on their identities or not
HI YES!! so fictionkin and otherkin aren't disorders, rather they are beliefs!! endogenic systems are people claiming to be a system when being a system at all requires trauma!! this is because to be a system, one has to have DID or OSDD, both TRAUMAGENIC DISORDERS! i don't think it's very fair to compare a simple belief of identity to somebody claiming to have a trauma-based disorder with no trauma! and yes, everyone's trauma differs and affects them differently, but if you have trauma and are a system, then you AREN'T endogenic! the simplest definition of an endogenic system is one who claims to be a system with no trauma. that simply isn't possible. if you're plural with no trauma, whether that be from belief, will, etc, you are not a system. not trying to gatekeep, but that is simply not the case as systems are folks with DID or OSDD who identify with the label. you can't just will a disorder into existence. the most you'll get is a placebo of what you want. that is not forming a disorder. and even if you do get that placebo, that is unhealthy in and of itself. answer this, though. can endos and willows stop being a system whenever they want?
