found this three year old draft buried in my files. is it funny? I don't remember
In a new turn of events, a 'wedding photographer' was caught running his business on entirely fake photos. Here's what happened.
Y'all.
Y'all.
What the fuck.
He what now.
Wait. Waitwaitwaitwait.
THAT James Somerton!?!?!?!?!
Omg that's wild. He did it again.
This distinctive green blouse was first spotted on Rose McGowan as Paige Matthews in the 2003 episode of šŖšššššš entitled šµššššššššššš ššš šŗšššš. Ā It was worn again in the 2008 episode of š©šššš ā šŗšššš šš ššš šŗšššššššš, where it was worn by Nichole Hiltz as Roxie Lyon. Ā See more photos on our website: Bit.ly/PostEd268 Ā Ā

The Australian Ballet is doing Alice in Wonderland again and on one hand Iāve seen it before, and on the other, their Queen of Hearts has my favourite costume in anything every
Itās just this and her court pushes her around the stage on wheels and every act it gets taller until she towers over everyone
Also in act 3 (I think) it swings open at the front and her husband is sitting inside reading a newspaper
I saw this again on Tuesday so here are some things Iād forgotten about:
This is the only Alice adaptation Iāve ever seen that doesnāt cut the caucus race
The mad hatter wears taps throughout and itās so jarring and surprising itās perfect
The executioner shadows almost everyone who dances with the Queen
Lewis Carroll is a character in the ballet and becomes the white rabbit who leads Alice into wonderland which is bad and wrong because Carroll is the dodo but does work very well
They started dropping rose petals from the ceiling onto the audience when Alice looked through the door to the garden and it was utterly magic
The Cheshire Cat is made of about 10 different puppets that dance around the stage
Which reminds me Alice is styled after Alice Liddell rather than the John Tenniel illustrations
I donāt think the king of hearts actually dances he just wanders around looking confused
hereās a video
more. (btw this is a parody/reference to the very famous ārose adagioā from sleeping beauty)
the Caterpillar is pretty neat too
(all of these videos are from the Royal Balletās productions in 2014 and 2017)
Finally an adaptation that makes feel like Iām going to have stroke, itās perfect
This looks fucking bonkers, I love it.
Wow fascinating!

Kenna in the new collection
Well my loves, it appears as though the answer to "Can the Big Pattern Company (Simplicity/Burda/McCalls/ect.) survive the death of JoAnn?" has come.
The answer is no. No it cannot. It has been sold to a liquidator just like JoAnns was.
So if there is ANYTHING you want I suggest you get it now. simplicity.com is currently having a pattern sale and I snatched up some that might be useful for cosplay purposes.
I am very glad these last couple of years I have built up my collection.
Links to some of the adaptive clothing patterns on the Simplicity website:
Shirts that unsnap at the collar and arm for port access
Walker bags
Wheelchair bags
Imitation button-downs that actually fasten up the back with hook and eye closure, for people with limited mobility who still want to look nice
Fidget page. I know quilters often enjoy making these!
If you search the website for āAdaptiveā thereās about 12 of these altogether. I donāt sew much but I might pick up a few just so I have them on hand if I or someone I know needs something like this. And as OP says, theyāre on sale!
