Hello love, author of "Greater Monster Amongst Monsters" here, about your proposal that you've mentioned, it has piqued my interest, mind explaining it a bit more?
Hello! Thanks for reaching out.
What I meant is that I'd approach your manuscript as a reader first and a beta reader second. While reading, I'd keep track of where I felt hooked, where my attention drifted, where I got confused, and whether the pacing, character decisions, and emotional beats were landing as intended.
Since you mentioned wanting honest feedback, I wouldn't sugarcoat anything. If a scene drags, I'd tell you. If something doesn't make sense, I'd point it out. If a character feels off, I'd explain why. I'd also highlight the parts that work particularly well so you know what's resonating with readers.
My goal isn't to rewrite the story for you, but to show you how the story is actually landing with a fresh set of eyes. Out of curiosity, what's the genre and current word count of Greater Monster Amongst Monsters?
