WOW i didnât expect my personal post as a heads up if i start removing my art in the future to blow up but YEAH thank u! mindgeek is super fucking shady and notorious for stealing and exploiting content and dmcas are a nightmare that end up doxxing everyone that tries to take down their content and itâs overall definitely not a company iâd like my (entirely sfw!) art to be associated with, let alone possibly have the rights to. iâve had a lot of art theft already, and i donât need it to be more difficult.
obviously a deal hasnât been made yet, but the company is very openly wanting to buy tumblr and if that happens iâm removing all my art from this website, and depending on any changes they make iâll likely just leave the site completely. i for one was enjoying the nsfw ban and less botsâŠâŠ.
after the nsfw ban awhile back pornhub was encouraging artists to post their digital art to their site because it was ~welcomed~ and everyone then found out their tos/agreement is a nightmare and they basically own everything on their sites owned by mindgeek and could do what they wanted with your art/potentially profit off of it. also, again, i do not want my art associated with a porn company. at all.

Hi folks! Since the Kickstarter for my nonbinary anthology âX Marks The Spotâ (which aims to show how diverse and varied nonbinary experiences really are) is now complete, Iâm ready to open the art submissions.Â
If accepted your work will be included in the book and you will be paid for all your hard work! Hereâs what Iâm looking for:Â
The theme is experiencing gender outside the binary - any aspect of gender, gender identity or gender presentation. I want to leave that as open to interpretation as possible but some things you may choose to draw, include: a simple self-portrait, make-up or a binder.
Simple, black and white, digital illustrations. These are to be around a quarter of a page and will be paired with some of the essays and poems in the anthology. $25 for each accepted piece.
Full page, black and white digital illustrations. These are larger and can be more detailed. Theyâll be standalone pieces within the book. $60 for each accepted piece.
Comics are accepted. Submissions should be sent to [email protected] Multiple submissions are accepted. Deadline is April 1st.

A pornbot stole my actual RL name for its blog title, because this information was scattered around in my tumblr. It found my first and middle name, which create an extremely rare combination that I donât believe for a damn minute was randomly generated.
Theyâre also taking peopleâs selfies for camgirl ads and the like. Fortunately I donât have any up. If I had, I have no doubt theyâd be scattered all over a porn blog that also had part of my REAL NAME attached to it. Now think about what happens if someone googles your name for employment purposes, and they come up with not just a porn blog full of camgirl ads, but also pictures that are clearly you.
If you can get into your followers list (I canâtâit shows me less than 25% of my follower count and thatâs all, no idea how to fix it) then block any pornbots and spambots. More importantly, whether you have had any problems yet or not, every user reading this needs to get your butt into your post history and yank the selfies, along with any other identifying information.
Because in order to stay safe on Tumblr, a social network, you apparently need to never use it like a social network.
@staff Many of your users are minors. Their images are being used to promote pornography and scams due to abuse of your platform. The situation leaves you with an obvious ethical burden to actânot to mention, wide open to some very harsh litigation and even harsher press. I do not think itâs unreasonable to expect prompt improvement.
