Did you ever see Big Chill's kids after they flew off?
Ben got quiet for a moment, deep in thought.
âNot since that night. I mean Iâm sure theyâre OK but⊠a mom dad worries sometimes, you knowâŠ?â
@starqxrtzâ
Too long...
Thatâs what it had been for Ben, too long since seeing that ship scoop him up out of the ocean, too long him flying into the atmosphere... he tried to help the Gems, Way Big lost from his playlist when it happened but...
He was too late.
As fast as he could, he ran after him, trying for Astrodactyl... the Omnitrix lagged due to recharge, but by the time he transformed he soared into the skies.
He hadnât come back for 2 weeks, and when he did it was like a green meteor crashing down... head in his hands.
â... I couldnât find him...â He muttered under his breath, the tears bubbling up again, âSteven... Iâm sorry...â
SEMI-ACTIVE STATUS + FUTURE PLANS
//Just to assure everyone Iâm not dead, cuz while it was touch and go with some part-time job-related drama, thankfully its over and done with and im working a bit more to my future.
Ben is my guy, my favorite and heâs always gonna be around. But as my recent absence is any proof off, ill be away as im working on a few projects for my career (Im trying to get into the video game industry) and recent started some online classes for it too~
Best way to get in touch with me? @mayhemforhire of course, at least until I try being more active on my person lol
But yeah, just a little update so no oneâs worried about me too much :)
OMNITRIX OFFLINE
âWhat the shell were you thinking?â
âHonestly, probably nothing but why let that stop me?â

âTake that,â Terra shouted, letting a large boulder drop onto the creature that had a stark resemblance to Overload. A smile spread on her face, seeing him get buried under the boulder before lifting it.
âWhat?â she cried seeing him lash out suddenly and driving some sort of energy blade into the right side of her chest. âUgh-âTerra fisted her hand as pain jolted through her, making the boulder slam into him from behind before Terra fell onto her knees, clutching the bloody area around the embedded knife. âIâllâŠgetâŠyou for thisâŠâ
She knew she was in bad shape since her glove left like it had been fished out from a river. Terra glanced up and scoffed at the monsterâs mocking. She wouldnât let his words get to her - the team had accepted her after all and she had even kicked a lot of villain butt with them so what was one mission?
The smoke settled and from the glass panes and containers, she noticed that she had just blasted the evidence room - Robin wouldnât be happy about that.
Terra forced herself up on her feet, dropping the useless weapon, wondering what she could do to get a hit on him. âIâm here because they trust me with keeping the tower safeâŠand thatâs what Iâll do,â she growled, before floating on a piece of rock and forming several large rock fists and throwing them towards him while she tried to get behind him.
Just then, she noticed another weapon, this time some sort of smaller gun, similar to Cyborgâs. She changed direction and flew into the evidence room, broke the glass container with one of the smaller rocks and picked it up mid-flight.
âLights out,â she panted, charging up the gun to fire it.
She had to hold on just a little longer.
As Malware walked towards her, he stopped for a moment, and he was hit by a barrage of fists, leaving many dents all around his body. Once the fists dropped to the floor, he resumed walking towards her as the dented parts of his body started to repair themselves.Â
He chuckled. âHavenât you learned anything? You cannot damage me with your stone toys, child. A shame that you are even dumber than I expected.â
âLights out? You are correct about that Terra. However, Iâm certain that you should be speaking for yourself, and not me.â The blades on the saw changed, becoming sharper and more crude than their original form. The saw started turning at a high speed.Â
Terra was still a medium distance away from him, and she was now holding a blaster that was charging. What could that weapon do? If she was going to fire it at him, he didnât exactly want to find out. His right arm stretched and shot out, going for Terraâs arm that was holding the gun.
Terra noticed that the arm of that thing suddenly shot forward, the saw making loud noises and as she moved to the side, shot the gun at the same time at his arm that was the chainsaw.
Unfortunately, her legs were weak and she suddenly toppled backwards but managed to hold onto the gun. The surrounding was spinning briefly and Terra sucked in a deep breath before getting onto her knees.
A sudden jolt of pain, caused her to clutch the wound but she forced the pain into the background, managing to stand on shaky legs. âI-isâŠthat allâŠyouâve got?â she breathed, charging up the gun a second time before firing.
Another jolt of pain rocked her body, causing her to drop the weapon. âUurghâŠâ
Everything was spinningâŠand she knew she was close to her limit.
She fired. A little quicker than Malware anticipated, so that must mean that it couldnât be an incredibly powerful weapon. That is a slight relief. The shot from the gun left only a small hole in the saw, but it still managed to steer it slightly off course. The saw barely missed her arm as she fell to the floor.
âIs this all I got? Ha. I assure you that I am far from done with you.â His arm retracted and returned into a normal claw, and at that moment a shot from the blaster hit him, leaving a small hole in his chest. âI almost feel bad for you. However, I will not let you get in the way of my own agenda.â He walked towards her limp body, looking around as he did so for any useful weapons as his wound quickly healed.
Ah. A taser. Malware has always wanted one of those. It makes conflicts so much more amusing. His right arm shot out at it, brought it to him, and assimilated it, replacing his hand with a slightly larger version of the weapon. âYou see, I would like to kill you now. End your misery. Get rid of an annoying obstacleâŠâ He reached Terra. âBut something came up. While we were fighting, a part of me slithered off to find the information chamber, where your tower stores all of its important information. The door is locked, and there is a field in front of the door that does not allow me to go under it. It was probably made for creatures with shapeshifting capabilities like myself. Clever. However, there is a way to open the lock. A hand scan. Of course, I would not be able to open it, but you can. So instead of your death, Iâm going to use you to help meâŠâ The taser crackled with bright red electricity as it neared Terraâs stomach. ââŠdespite your will to do so.â
Terra squeezed her eyes tighter, trying to stop the spinning in her head as she heard the footsteps of the robot-like creature nearing herâŠand something else.
Terra glanced up, her legs as frail as two matchsticks and saw with shock the red electricity already nearing her. âNo!â she cried, lifting her arms before her hands glowed with her power once againâŠbut the shock came too fast for her.
âAaaaah!â
Her arms dropped to her sides as the searing pain ran through every nerve and it didnât take long for her to drop back down like a doll. âUuuhâŠnoâŠwayâŠam IâŠlettingâŠyouâŠâ she groaned, her body having lost the strength to fight.
She couldnât just let this thing get on the teamâs secretsâŠeven if she had been once doing the exact same thing.
This should be rather straight-forward. Take her to the lock, place her hand on it, open it, and then download all of the data. Of course, he would also kill her after that as well. He couldnât afford to have her alive to tell her friends about their encounter.Â
As Malware dragged her up the stairs to the information chamber, he felt her move a little. He quickly tased her again. Terra wasnât going to ruin this for him. Not when he was so close.
They reached the door, and he picked up Terraâs right arm and placed her hand on the lock. The lock shined green, and the door slid open. Perfect. He dropped her arm, and ventured inside, forgetting to tase her again, due to his excitement over his achievement.Â
âYES.â
Malware let out a maniacal laugh. The data would be his. All his. He would know every bit of information that the Titans had on both heroes and villains, and he would use that information against them. He would know all their powers, weaknesses, and locations. No one would be able to keep him from his goals, hero or villain.Â
Malware formed around six tentacle-like growths around his body, and they extended outward, reaching as many data terminals as possible. It was only a moment before he began to access those terminals. The red markings on the tentacles glowed a bright red as he began to download the information the terminals held. Malware let out another maniacal laugh.
Terra had secretly wished that the team hadnât trusted her with the security of their tower but of course, they would and once Malware placed her hand on the scanner, the doors slid open, revealing all the teamâs secrets.
She was dropped to the ground carelessly before the creature walked over to the mainframe computer and stuck six tentacle-like structures into the ports of the computer before a bar on the screen slowly began filling.
Get up!
Her body still hurt and Terra tried to keep quiet as she struggled to get her body to move from the floor.
Get up already!
She slowly propped herself onto her elbows before crawling away from the door. Terra sucked in a deep breath, forcing her pain into the background once again, getting slowly onto shaky knees. What to do now?
He seemed to be invincible and none of her attacks worked!
Her eyes glanced around, slowly beginning to worry. Had sheâŠlet their team down? Not even any of the weapons she used worked on him!
How was she supposed to find his weakness? But thenâŠan idea popped into her head! She might be able to save her team.
With new-found hope, she managed to get onto her legs and supported herself against the wallâŠalready feeling too weak to stand on her own. Gradually, she approached the room and stepped inside.
âDidnât youâŠforget something?â she breathed before she gathered the remaining of her powers as she fisted her hands and lifted one of them over her head.
Cracks began appearing on the ground, walls and the ceiling as pieces of the room began to crumble.
âI wonât let you hurt my friends!â she shouted before pieces of the ceiling began droppingâŠright towards the mainframe computer and water and gas pipes began cracking due to the damage of the collapsing debris.
Water and gas began leaking into the room and Terra swung her hand downwards, letting a larger piece of the ceiling drop towards Malware who stood in front of the computer, long since forgetting that she risked damaging the system as well.
Soon, all of the information would be his. Malware was only a few minutes away from downloading all of the information stored in the computer.Â
He heard her voice behind him. No. He forgot about her. His plan was going so well, he completely forgot to make sure that she was knocked out before entering the room. The whole room began to crack, above him, the ceiling was beginning to show signs of giving way.
âNOOOO!â
Not yet. Not now. He was so close. Water and gas began to fill the room as he detached the tentacles from the computer. The ceiling began to collapse on him, breaking the floor in the process, sending him, the debris, and the water and gas down there with him.Â
As the debris came down on him, it caused pieces of himself to be scattered all over the room, dripping down the walls, ceiling, and leaving small puddles on the floor.Â
She never thought that screams of fear would ever sound like music to her ears. But as she approached the hole, she couldnât help but grin to herself.
And not even the damaged computer that was sizzling with blue electricity on one side wasnât going to ruin her mood. She just hoped not too much data was lost.
But her grin vanished, seeing the various puddles in the room and unfortunately, a sudden feeling of dizziness forced her onto her knees. âUrghâŠwhy couldnât Cyborg stayâŠand take care of you?â she groaned before supporting herself on the panel of the mainframe computer so she wouldnât completely fall over. She rummaged in her pocket before slowly pulling out her communicator to to let the others know of her situation.
That insolent brat. Terra halted got rid of what he was mainly after, only kept Malware from getting all of the information that he was after. He only managed to get through the personal files of the towerâs inhabitants. How aggravating. At least the information he obtained would have some uses.
It took a moment for Malware to regain his control over his body. The collapse of the floor made quite a mess of himself, since he wasnât able to separate himself very well in order to get out of the way of the ceiling rubble. However, he still had his consciousness the whole time. Of course, he didnât say anything because Terra would have noticed, and then probably would have put him in an even more poor state.
She was occupied with her transmitter, so that left an opening for him to reform himself easily, and without interruption. Malware began to reform a few feet behind her with all of the blobs of himself that were out of her vision, then when he was in a proper spot, the ones closest to Terra and within her vision moved quickly to join the reforming mass of himself.
Once he was successfully reformed, he answered her rhetorical question. âBecause, you are all too weak to take me on, havenât you already noticed, Terra? Or should I say, Princess Tara Markov?â
Malwareâs right hand formed into a saw, and it began spinning rapidly.
She had just turned on her communicator and tried to reach Robin. But after a few moments of silence, she realized that his device must have been switched off or something and now tried Cyborg.
For a moment, there was just staticâŠbut then she heard a voice and Terraâs eyes widened, hearing the villain address her by a name she hadnât heard for a long time.
She looked up just to see a saw nearing her and Terra jumped to the side as the blade reached for her, revealing the still sizzling part of the mainframe computer.
But her fall was clumsy and she toppled onto her stomach, letting out a pained cry as pain shot up her body before slowly turning onto her back. But she didnât have the necessary energy to get up and brought her communicator to her face to call for help.
âGuys? T-the tower i-isâŠin trouble,â she breathed before weakly pressing a button and thereby sending her message to the other devices. @omnitrixter
Ben wasnât sure what was more odd. The fact that he got a foreign frequency on his Omnitrix, or the fact that Jump City never had heard of a Mr. Smoothy. He was halfway to filing a complaint on the city when he heard Terraâs message.
Eyes widened as he cast his gaze out to the T-adorned island off the shore. Itâd take some time, but he could make it by air faster than walking.
Of course, the Omnitrix gave him something lacking in the wing department.
âHold on Terra... Iâm coming!â He announced before bounding his way towards the tower.
â Woo - hoo !! Letâs go to Fish Stewâs Pizza !!        This deserves a proper meal for celebration !! â
Which was very true, but Steven could only really focus on hugging his dear    friend back. Whenever Ben was in town ⊠he didnât feel so alone. With a right    squeeze he pulled back with a soft smile as he took to standing beside the    other && head off to grab their meal.Â
Steven couldnât have been happier && he knew the Gemâs wouldnât mind    an addition.
Ben followed suit, hands in his pockets and looking forward to a nice big pie to devour. Maybe his guardians could join in too? He didnât remember too much, only that there was 3 of them and one was square.
âPlace hasnât changed much, has it?â Ben wondered, seeing what he could remember from last time he stepped into town.

â Heh ⊠It would take a bit to talk about everything        Iâve got going on, but yeah. Maybe over something        to eat ?? â
It wasnât a secret that Ben had Alien formâs from the wrist watch device he wore,    but Steven also knew everyone in Beach City took no notice of them ⊠Well, at    least everyone save for Ronaldo. It was nice though ⊠To have Ben around && to    talk about what heâd been going through. No one really understood && Steven had    to deal with the loneliness that came with that.
At the otherâs mentioning of being stationed here though, he held starâs in his eyes.    The last time Ben had been in town heâd stayed with him. If what he was saying    was true, then Steven could offer his home, again. With a smile he was over the    Diamond problem as he held his hand out with a determine smile.
â && if you need a place to stay, Iâm here to offer        my home to you !! If you want, of course, but it        would be really cool to have someone home        with me more. â
A large crystalline hand moved to slap the Omnitrix badge on his belt, green light shrinking him down into the celebrity hero himself, a big smile on his face.
âHell yeah! That sounds great Steven! Alright, to celebrate, boardwalk food on me!â Ben would clasp his hand in the boyâs own, holding firm and pulling him in for a quick hug.
Thanks Grandpa.
Ben File #24: Duration
Azimuth told Ben he has about 15 minutes to an alien form, usually. The timing varies thanks to how hard he slams on the plunger, but after the feedback from the Anihilaarg, it drains based off a few different things.
Ben can stay as an alien for a lot longer, but the time goes lower the more he uses that alienâs special powers (stronger aliens draining more than others). It also is affected by how much damage an alien form takes.
Even though he had seen Ben change into the being before him ⊠The fact    that his name was â Diamondhead â, kinda set a trigger off in him. Still, he tried    to not let that make the visit less then what it was. After all, Ben didnât come to    Beach City that often.
â S-Sorry. Just been a rough year && learned a lot ⊠       When did you get this form or is this just the first        time Iâm seeing it ?? â
With the casual tone, Stevenâs body langue relaxed a bit. Finding his friend     hanging around the boardwalk in this form may have caught him off guard,    but he wasnât going to let that ruing the reunion.
Diamondhead wondered if heâd shown Steven this form or not. He remembered Wildmutt, probably Astrodactyl but... that was probably it.
âIâve had him since I was 10,â He recalled fondly, âHad a lot of training as Diamondhead. Me and my grandpa... anything you wanna talk about though?â Crystal body aside, he was still Ben. And if he could help Steven relax, then so be it. Who knows what heâs been through the last year...
âOh, thereâs a reason Iâm back in Beach City... for a lot longer this time too Grandpa got me stationed here on behalf of the Plumbers so that means... Iâm moving in for some time.â
Enjoy. Hell.
omnitrixter.
Granted Jennifer Nocturneâs last few movies flopped, but nothing in Hollywood could compare to the real thing. Considering he flew out to the Anur system and all its monstrous aliens.
Ben still wasnât sure what was so special about ghosts and not zombies⊠but given her tone, he might have something to really wow her.
âDunno about kicking the bucket, but how much you bet people can transform into monsters?â He grinned at his question.Â
Seemed she didnât know who he was, so he would have to have a little fun with it.
BLUE EYES ROLLED as Panty considered his words. How much would she bet? Not like she had much in the first place, but she supposed she could humor him. After all, if he turned out to be some kind of demonic creature and she let him just walk away, she would end up in even more trouble than she already would be for fucking around half the day.
NOT that she cared, but she certainly would prefer not having to sit through his speech about how her sister was out actually collecting coins, whether or not Panty was actually putting in an effort to find ghosts in the first place ( and this time she certainly had been for the vast majority of the time.
AND so she figured she might as well see just what the guy had in mind - just what he was hoping to impress her with, her tone disbelieving and dry when she spoke, looking him over rather blatantly before she did, arms crossed in front of her chest.
â If you can prove people can turn into monsters - like legit werewolf, vampire, whatever - Iâll fuckinâ blow you in that alley over there or some shit. â
SHE would give a slight nod towards a more desolate trail between a nightclub and a bar, empty in the middle of the day aside from only the most desperate of people - all of whom she was sure wouldnât be interrupting if he did manage to both accept and win the bet.
âDeal,â Ben wasnât expecting that, but hell, he probably thought she was joking. She wouldnât really do that... would she?
Playlist open on his watch, if she wanted a monster, she was gonna get a Galactic Monster. Blitzwolfer was still locked (he should ask Azimuth next chance he got about that) but with the alien set he slammed down on the plunger with a cocky grin.
Even the sky seemed to darken as a dark green and purple light enveloped him, the surrounding shadows being yanked off their objects and wrapping around his body. They suddenly sprouted frills, claws, and wings...
âEveryoneâs favorite Vladat!â He spread his arms in triumph and even lifted off of the ground as he stood before her in all his glory, the sky now darker than before for the aesthetic.
âI told you~â
@starqxrtz
âI told ya, itâs Diamondhead not Green Diamond. You OK? You look like youâve seen a ghost,â Diamondhead raised a crystal brow at the young man before him.
An unexpected run in
omnitrixter:
âBeat her, beat âem, donât exist, would still beat âemâŠâ Ben had never seen a Heartless he could remember, but would still kick their ass⊠if they had one.
âIf Whisp wasnât a monster, sheâd be just as lost and screwed as you in my universe, where the real action is.â
Leon closed his eyes and took a low breath to clam his utter irritation with this young man âLook,â His tone had chagned to one far colder then he started off with. âYouâre world is your own and it comes with challenges that are suited to someone like you to deal with. While you might be the best here, it doesnât mean you are able to handle every other big bad that shows up. Arrogance like that will result in a heartless taking your heart and making your fallen self go after those you love. âYou think you can take on a sorceress from anotherâs world whose magic was tainted to the point that she turns those she loves into puppets, making them slaughter friends. Have you ever smelled blood? Seen someone gutted to the point that you only see the meat inside?â He crossed his arms.
âI can respect those who put their lives on the line to protect what matters to them but what I cannot respect is an arrogant fool  who thinks they are the one and only. â
With that Leon would move to walk past the youth, back ridged and a slight twitch to his eyes that had a faint ring of amber to them.
Why would a child like that get to him? Maybe its because he had seen so many fall for not accepting their faults, seen them sacrifice their livesâŠ
Stop. Let it pass, just keep walking.
âPractically,âÂ
The answer was spat out, despite him walking away before he could say it to his face, but Ben pushed more. He only heard bits and pieces replayed in his head. He wasnât a damn fool, did this guy think he was so high and mighty? And right after he wasted his smoothie to boot?!
âYou ever fight a worldwide cult? Take out some sort of âelder Godâ with your own bare hands? Iâve had to look myself in the eye to kick my own teeth in from other dimensions, fight assassins and bounty hunters out the ass, and see entire planets fucking MURDERED! I RECREATED THIS WHOLE DAMN UNIVERSE!â
The Omnitrix was open, playlist scrolling as Benâs emerald glare never left the manâs back, temper rising. He was shouting now, moving towards the man with intent to show him just what he was made of, how much of a âfoolâ he was.
âAND YOU OWE ME A NEW SMOOTHIE!â
An unexpected run in
omnitrixter:
âGrape isnât what it used to be, but every flavor is smooth,â He defended, I mean, what was this a slurpie? As if.
âOh thatâs nothing. You mean you donât remember the Incursean Invasion for that few months? Vilgax? Daigon? I recreated this universe like, twice. At least Whisp would show me some love.â
âConsidering your world is not my ownâŠno I have no idea about any of those invasions let alone what those creatures areâ Leon gave a roll of his eyes âand its rather arrogant to comment on saving the universe, not matter how many times. There are many out there fighting their own wars.â
âSorceresses, Monsters, Gods, HeartlessâŠall different kinds of enemies trying to destroy a world or many worlds.â
âBeat her, beat âem, donât exist, would still beat âem...â Ben had never seen a Heartless he could remember, but would still kick their ass... if they had one.
âIf Whisp wasnât a monster, sheâd be just as lost and screwed as you in my universe, where the real action is.â
