Fall is here.
I'm planning to come back. I NEED to come back.
Honestly I haven't weighed myself, but I don't feel like I've gained a lot. My main issue over the past month or so has been NOT having time to eat, instead of eating too much. I can't tell you how incredibly busy and stressful the beginning of school was.
I hate teaching online with a passion, but I also value my health. That's not going to matter in January when grades 3-6 are slated to go back in person. We'll see what happens though.
Point is, my busy days are less hectic now and I've gotten into a better work/life balance routine over the past week. Am I still busy? Yes. But I need to get back into exercising and tracking my food!!
On a sad note, my babcia passed away on Saturday, my dad's mom. My dad went to Poland a few weeks ago to take care of her because she fell again and had to have surgery. She passed away peacefully in her sleep, with the backdrop of COVID restrictions and protests for women's and LGBTQ rights happening in Warsaw. I wish I could have been there for the funeral, but it's just not safe to go right now.
