That ends.
A bold, all new K-Pop group known as TRU has taken the world stage and they are unapologetically mutant. They are the head of the #MutantMovement which demands rights for mutants and fair treatment from the dreaded MCB.
Now under a microscope, the MCB are forced to reform their practices so that they do not lose the support of the public with their antiquated, abusive measures. They've been forced to take a more 'police'-like approach and have armed themselves with special suits to help combat and detain troublesome mutants. Mutant identification cards are in talks of being implemented as well but some mutants are not on board with it. Mutant supporters and haters are all around.

Please register your character with a first name and last name with proper capitalization. (Eastern Ex: Lee Chae Ku, Western Ex: John Smith)
Please refrain from using the same first name, nickname, &/or codename of a character that is already registered. You will be asked to change them before character has been approved. Different spellings of the same name will be approved. (Ex: Sumin/Soo Min)
Please complete your mini profile before completing your application. They will not be accepted if this is not filled out.
Groups/Locations:
Human characters can only be in three groups; Humans, Haechi, and MCB.
Mutants can only be in Rogue, Gashin, Gwishin, and Haechi. Our only exception is for mutants of the task force in the MCB, which are canon only.
Locations for Gashin and Gwishin are not traceable.
The MCB's location is known, but has maximum security, meaning mutants can't be walking into the place, sneaking in, hacking or attacking.
Characters breaking group and location rules will not be accepted, and threads that display characters breaking into locations will be deleted.
Face Claims:
Only claim your character’s face AFTER they’ve been accepted.
Reserving faces has a limit of one week, and can be reserved two more times. After the two more times, you can no longer reserve the face and the face will be up for grabs.
If you attempt to reserve a face that has already been claimed/reserved we will delete the reserve request and send a message to the account in question.
Requested faces can only be claimed if you’re taking the request or have asked the requester if you can use the face in which you both would have to notify an admin in a private message before character is accepted.
Banned Faces:
We have a thread of banned faces. If the face is on this list, there is no exception.
No deceased face claims.
Only use faces that are idols/celebrities on some sort of platform.
Group Face Claims:
You can not claim all faces from one group. You can only claim 2 faces from a group.
Powers:
Max of 3 powers.
Must have a reasonable weakness for said powers.
Review the POWERS CLAIM in our directory or check in our Discord under Power Check.
If you attempt to claim a power too similar or has a different power name but is the same power, your application will be denied and you will have to change your powers.
If power is highlighted as yellow in the Powers Claim you must converse with the member first before sharing power. Let admins know if you can’t get an answer from them.
Switching Sides:
Because we like Character Growth! Your character can switch groups, please provide an admin with the thread in which this happens.
Activity:
If Admins/Mods notice you are only making characters, threads, and/or interacting with only one other member, you will not be allowed to make additional characters.
If you have multiple characters, each character must have one post each month or you risk having additional characters not accepted.
Threads that haven’t had a response within four months will be archived under inactive threads. Please contact a staff member to move your thread back if you wish to continue the thread.
If you finish a thread, you MUST post in the discord to have these threads archived to finished threads.
Retired Characters:
This group is for characters members are unsure if they want to keep around or are struggling with plots.
If character is placed here (willingly by owner), the face and powers are up for grabs.
Faces will be doubled.
Powers will default to share.
Word Count:
We do not have a word count.

We are currently rated as PG-13.

Discord Rules:
No bullying, you will be notified with a suspension for the rest of the day. If it continues further actions will be taken.
No hate speech (ex. Racism, sexism, etc), you will be immediately banned from the chat and site.
No NSFW content in main chat. There is a separate chat for said content, please ask for chat permissions after joining.
Any NSFW content posted in the general chat will be removed and you will be suspended from chat.

Character Count:
We have a character limit of 20.
After every 3 mutants, you must make a Human character. (Human, MCB, or Haechi)
Post Requirement:
Every character needs to have a maximum amount of 20 posts before making a new character.
Extensive Plots:
Admins/Mods will set up event plots.
If your plot would affect other groups and their locations, threads will be removed by staff.
Members that pick up canons are allowed to reach out to admin/mods for event ideas.
God Modding:
Do not control other characters you do not own.
Do not ignore obstacles other players place in joint thread.
Do not kill other members’ characters.
