Обычно, я совершенно спокойно читаю книги и в метро, и на работе, и даже под бормотание телевизора. С Фаустом я так поступить не могла, поэтому читала его исключительно дома, в тишине с карандашом и своим reading journal под рукой. Скрывать не стану - Фауст не до конца раскрыл мне свои секреты, но этого и не нужно. Я получила огромное наслаждение от чтения этого произведения и когда-нибудь я обязательно вернусь к нему, чтобы ещё раз попробовать разобраться во всех тонкостях. Living on my own…

I wish somebody has told me that living on your own is way scarier than it’s shown in movies and TV shows.

I would’ve never thought that I’ll flinch at every sound. I’m pretty sure that for the next few months I won’t be watching any horror movies (even though I love them SO much).

I’ve always got my TV on. And it doesn’t matter what channel it is – I just need it to make noise.

Cooking. In my new apartment I’ve got a gas stove with electric oven. It took me two days to get used to cooking on the gas, and now it’s not a big problem. But the first days… They were full of “I can’t cook on the gas stove, it terrifies me!!”

But there’re still some advantages.

1.      There’s no one to tell me what to do.

2.      I’ve started talking with my mother more often.

3.      There’s no elevator in the apartment building – free exercises.

4.      I can read without being interrupted.

5.      Washing the dishes – whenever I feel like doing it.

I think there are more benefits, but I can’t remember them right now.:)

I hope I’m not the only one who has problems like mine, otherwise I’ll be really ashamed for being such a coward.:)

Hey cherubs!! ♡ Nísa here. So, as most of you know, I’m relatively new here and my studyblr is teeny-tiny in comparison to most, but I would love to grow and expand!! So, I have decided to set a target!! :) On February 9th, I will be seeing my consultant about the results of my PET scan and, if all goes to plan, I will receive the news that I am finally in remission! ♡ This is a big deal for me as I have been fighting this cancer for a gruelling seven months, and I would love to have some people to celebrate with now that it’s finally over! ♡ 

I’m going to try and get to 500 followers by February 9th, 2017. I thought a good way to do this would be to put myself out there and let you all get to know me a little bit!! (:

My name is Nísa, I’m a seventeen year old language student and cancer warrior! I love art and photography, but my biggest passions are travel and languages. I currently study Spanish, French, Norwegian, and Japanese! When I return to school I will be picking up photography, but that will be in September of this year so I have a while to go, yet! ♡

I have been a member of the community for three months and absolutely love it; the people are so kind and I have never been more productive!! I’m working everyday and my fluency is improving in leaps and bounds; I’m so happy.
