I don't have friends. I've never had friends. I probably won't ever have friends. No matter how many times I've tried over the course of my life to have friendships with people, it just doesn't . In school I was just the friend who held a spot until the other friends came along and I was ignored. As I got older I was the friend to call on and vent to when the time called for it; but when it was my turn they were nowhere to be found. Now it's still the same way. I thought I had met a few people who I could call "friend" but I was wrong once again. If I have to reach out first, I feel like a bother so I don't anymore. And my phone hasn't rang. I don't even try and make plans anymore because they never come to fruition. And now with my newest health issues, I really thought they would be there but they've pretty much disappeared on me. And it's not because life got in the way either. They make time for others but I'm on the outside looking in. So yep... I guess I'm not meant to have friends and that's perfectly fine. I'm a loner and keep to myself. I have no problem staying in my own little world where the fakes and snakes can't get to me. I've never had any friends. Don't have any friends. Probably never will have any friends. Oh well.

Mike Brown was murdered 2 years ago today.

Darren Wilson still has not been arrested or charged.

Mike Brown’s parents have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the city of Ferguson, former Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson and former Officer Darren Wilson.

Dorian Johnson has also filed a lawsuit against the city of Ferguson, Darren Wilson, and Tom Jackson.

The 2 lawsuits are headed to federal court as requested by Darren Wilson and Tom Jackson. The Brown family’s lawsuit will head to trial in October 2016.

3. Let them observe first in new situations

4. Give them time to think, don’t demand instant answers

5. Don’t interrupt them

6. Give them advance notice of expected changes in their lives

7. Give them 15 minute warnings to finish whatever they’re doing

8. Reprimand them privately

9. Teach them new skills privately

10. Enable them to find one best friend who has similar interests and abilities

11. Don’t push them to make lots of friends

12. Respect their introversion, don’t try to remake them into extroverts

Day 2:

How have these illnesses affected your life?

I’m always tired.

No matter how much sleep I get I’m still exhausted. I’ve started having fatigue hit me in the middle of the day while I’m at work and it’s a struggle to stay awake. I can also be talking one minute and sleeping the next.

I’m always hurting.

Every. Single. Day.

It’ll start small like maybe my arms then it’s like it spreads everywhere and soon it’s a struggle just to walk. My legs feel so heavy when that pain hits. I may have a day or two of little to no pain. But 90% of the time? Pain!

I’m forgetting things.

The simplest things like what I wanted to get out of the store or what I wanted to say…then I remember it hours later when it doesn’t matter anymore. It’s also getting harder for me to express myself. It’s like the thoughts are in my head but I can’t pull them out and say them.

I’m short of breath.

Just walking knocks the wind out of me. If I do a little work around the house I’m winded. I can’t do anything without feeling out of it.

I don’t have the energy to run around with my daughter like I used to. And I feel so bad about that.

The mood swings. I had to cut my hair because it was falling out. My nails are always breaking. I’m always out and then I’m freezing. I wake up all through the night. My weight goes up and down. The panic attacks. The acne.

…yeah.
