🍡 20 tips to not binge 🍡
If you aren't this kind of blog please leave right now I don't need to issue healthy people ❗❗
1. Don't fast over 72 hours.
2. Make one day in week / 2 weeks when you eat a lot more than other days but don't go over your safe limit.
3. Absolutely definitely don't avoid your medication! It won't break your fast. You need it!
4. Sleep enough.
5. DON'T EVER PURGE.
6. Drink huge sip of water / coffee after every bite of your meal
7. Don't cook when you're hungry, do it after meal and save it for another day.
8. DON'T CALCULATE TOO MUCH. Just keep in your limit and don't stress with calculating because it only gives more urge to overeat.
9. Eat soups based on water not cream soups.
10. Avoid white bread, fried meals and low protein foods.
11. Wash your teeth before and after eating.
12. Choose rice better than pasta.
13. In the evening drink glass of warm water then cold to make your metabolism faster and your body feel full for whole night.
14. Better eat fish or chicken than red meat. (If you're vegetarian like me just eat eggs instead of tofu or another kind of 'vegan meat')
15. Make sure you don't weight yourself more than 2 times a day to not get triggered.
16. Eat boiled carrots. They make you full and have really a little calories.
17. Take vitamins.
18. Drink orange or carrot juice instead of the apple one.
19. Use air fresheners like mint or lavender. For me it really helps it makes me lose my appetite.
20. It's better to eat 1200 sometimes than binge on 3000 when ur extremely starving
