What is an option chain?
An option chain is a term used in options trading to show the price of different options for the same company. It shows how much money you would make if you bought an option and it expired at that price. Option chains are presented as two columns, one for call options and one for put options. The column on the left side of the table is always the most expensive or overpriced option while the column on the right is always the cheapest or underpriced option.
