As much as I hate to do this, I really really need it right now. So, my name is Cale Taylor and I just got kicked out of my house. I turned 18 in September 2014 and my mom has been threatening me ever since. Today is October 24, 2014 and it is the day that I rescued this kitten. (My girlfriend and I were driving back to school, and she was laying on the side of the road and looked very ill.)
I have been battling with depression since age 12 whenever my parents divorced. (This was the second time that I had been through my mom getting a divorce.) and grabbing this kitten on the side of the road has made me smile more in these few hours than I have for as long as I can remember. However, my mother kicked me out and now I don’t have a home for it or me. I also have a dog that she is threatening to kill (as well as the kitten) if I don’t find a home. So this is me asking for help. I’m lost, and have nowhere to go. I can’t afford anywhere. I have a job that doesn’t pay very well and am currently applying for another one so that I will have two jobs. I also need to buy tires for my car so that I can get to and from places. That alone will be around $200. Rent at an apartment would be around $200 and that doesn’t include utilities. I really don’t know what to do and I’m scared. I have no food to eat or no place to go for shelter.
