Also, as a side note: I'm imagining this as an aged-up au with the main cast, so you're all adults/pro heroes in this scenario!
Affiliation - U.A. High School! I think that you went to U.A. in high school, and after you graduated, you became a teacher there. I can see you teaching either the hero course or general studies. You're a very kind and welcoming teacher, and your students adore you. You're also a pro hero of course, so when you're not at school, you're helping out the different agencies with hero work.
Best Friend - Ochaco Uraraka! I think the two of you would get along so well. You were in class 1-A with the rest of the main cast, so you and Ochako became fast friends. She confides in you about her home life and her dreams of being a hero, as well as the insecurities she sometimes faces about being weak. In return, she also listens to you whenever you have something you wanna talk about.
Lover - Shoto Todoroki! The two of you definitely crushed on each other all throughout high school, but you didn't get together until after graduation. Todoroki wanted to confess, but he didn't want to impact his or your studies, so he waited. After graduation, he tells you about his feelings and the two of you start dating. As pro heroes, it can be a struggle to maintain a proper relationship, but the two of you make it work thanks to strong communication and lots of planning in advance for date nights.
Crushing on you - Denki Kaminari! He thinks you're so cute, and he really likes how kind you are. He developed his crush on you in high school, but it didn't really go anywhere. He knew deep down he never had much of a chance with you, and he was fine with that. Denki is someone who values friendship regardless, so as long as he got to be your friend, he's happy!

Pines after you - Izuku Midoriya! At first he mistakes his pining for admiration. He thinks you're so cool, and he's another person who appreciates how kind-hearted you are. Izuku is someone who can find strength in anyone, and that's the strength he found in you. After a while, he does register the fact that he has a crush on you, but (like Denki) he's someone who values friendship more than anything else. He also figured out that you and Todoroki had feelings for each other, which is why he never confessed. Now, the two of you are coworkers at U.A.
Familial Figure - Eri! This girl loves you so dearly! She latches onto you pretty much the moment she meets you. She thinks you're amazing, and she looks up to you like a mother or older sister figure. When she attends U.A. as a high schooler, she makes sure to come and talk to you whenever she can, asking you for advice and updating you on her life.
Sibling Figure - Nejire Hado! She thinks you are so cute! I can see her taking a liking to you immediately, finding yoy interesting. She definitely becomes an older sister figure to you. I can see her getting you in with Ryukyu like she does with Ochaco and Tsuyu, so the four of you end up working together for a while!
Closest Friend - Tooru Hagakure! She is so bubbly and full of cheer, so I can see her immediately coming up to you and asking to be friends. She loves going shopping with you and talking about whatever comes to mind. There's never a dull moment with Tooru! Sometimes when she's not busy with work, she'll randomly pop in to U.A. just to say hi to you. It's really cute of her.

Meanwhile, if you put aside all the mess they cause, the League of Villains is just a group of outcasts who gather at the bar and play video games. They cherish one another without trying to appear boastful or self-important. It took not much time before you warmed up to them.
♡ Tamaki Amajiki is your childhood best friend, who always had a massive crush on you. Unfortunately, he was too shy to reveal his feelings, afraid of rejection, so he missed his chance as soon as you two parted ways. Both of you are shy and socially awkward, yet find comfort in each other's presence. Tamaki feels that you are his kindred spirit. His anger issues seemingly relieve whenever you are around; your presence is just so soothing and comforting. Tomura falls for you because of your quiet kindness and support—something he craves so much in his dark life. In the end, you manage to protect Tomura, and you two get your happily ever after, even after many struggles and fights.
♡ Himiko Toga considers you her closest friend, but also has a huge crush on you! You are just so kind, and treat her without any judgement or disgust! Himiko follows you around and protects you from any danger all the time. As already mentioned, it's all because you actually tried to understand her, without forcing her to become a "normal girl". Since then, you have become her favorite person! Over time, this affection transforms into closer familial bonds, and Toga begins to see you as her sibling figure, a family she always wished she had.
♡ Twice considers you his younger sibling. Even though his talkative side might be quite overwhelming to you, he genuinely cares for you and protects you. It's also good because Jin is able to make conversations if you don't know what to say, and support you in some social interactions. He appreciates all your care for the League of Villains' members. Whenever you bake something for them, or listen to them, or bring more normality to their life, Twice finds more and more reasons why he admires you so much. Actually, you are the reason why he used his quirk again, overcoming his past trauma to save you. He's fond of how attentive you are when you listen to him, and you consistently make a point to be supportive. That's why Twice works hardest to give you the same.
♡ Dabi is another older brother of yours! At first, the two of you rarely interacted, keeping the distance. Just because neither you nor Dabi are typically those who readily form friendships or trust strangers. As time passed, your bonds grew stronger, and you two started putting more trust in one another. Dabi shared with you his heartbreaking past, while you relied on him in your issues and turmoils. Even though he doesn't seem so, Dabi is supportive and protective in his own way. He would burn everything for you, and fully justifies the title of your older brother figure.
♡ Spinner is your closest friend and favorite game buddy. He also is a writer too! Tomura, Spinner, and you often enjoy playing games together. The two of you immediately click, bonding over shared interests. The fact that Spinner looks more like an animal than a human helps you feel more relaxed around him as well. Despite his initial grumpiness, Spinner is easy to converse with. It didn't take long before Spinner shared the details of his past with you. He was glad that you saw him as a close friend, not a disgusting heteromorph.
