Check out some of the things I think I would want if I were a teen and was designing a new space in the library. Some I am considering to do in my own house now. LOL. In a perfect library world, teens would be included in space design or renovation to see what they actually like and would use and not just what librarians think they understand about teen needs and wants. #LIS7423
I follow Demco on Pinterest and Twitter and they have wonderful ideas for creating teen spaces and programming in libraries. I found a great blog article they did last year for Teen Tech Week. Because I love Little Libraries, I appreciated that one of their suggestions was to have teens build a Little Free Library as part of a maker space project. #lis7423
