Something i joked about with a friend when playing
I just titled a notes app note “im actually going to do it this time” and only now realized that that could be very very poorly interpreted. holy cow
I should post more ocs, but this is all i have to offer
Felicem Natalem, Roma!
Happy Birthday, Rome!
Birthday boy is the person with the birthday
Birthday man is the birthday specialist
Birthday guy is ambiguous. Watch out.
Whens anyone going to acknowledge that Yami doesnt cheat in duelist kingdom, but instead plays as if these were still living souls. Hes playing like the ancient egyptians. He has such an outdated rulebook
happy 413 everypony
Yu-gi-oh Season 0 games
So if Yami Yugi/Atem is the king of games then I thought to list the things he played and not played in the anime.
The things he played:
Kind of Dungeons and Dragons
Demo version of Duel Monster card game
Capumon
Tamagochi
Memory game
Puzzle (mirror for example)
Yo yo
Golf
Raijinhai
Ryuuhai/Dragon block
Arcade machines
Games that he sets the rules or others - mostly quiz/logistic/reflex/luck based ones
Games that would be interesting to see him play:
Escape rooms
Maze (even though his mind is one lol)
Modern board games (Wingspan, Catan, Century: Spice road, etc.)
Classic games (Monopoly, Uno, Solo, etc.)
Classic card games (example with french deck: poker, solitaire, rummy, Egyptian Ratscrew, etc.)
Jumanji
Shooting (amusement park target shooting, lasershooting - Yugi was the one playing, paintball)
Chess and similar games to this
Mahjong
Rythm games (Guitar Hero, Beat saber, dancing arcade machine, etc.) - extra points if he do it with Anzu
Indoors/outdoors group games (Hide and seek, circle games, etc.)
One player games (Huzzle, Rubic's cube, other logistic games)
Video games (Well it basically happened in the DM with VR but what I mean is with specific games like God of War or something)
Peonza
Bonus:
Collaboration with other "toy animes" like Ancient ruler dinosaur king, Bakugan, Beyblade, Pokemon
Either way, I could imagine him these activities or the ones that I did not mentioned and enjoy playing it with Yugi and his friends.
Discovered like a month ago im a system and apparently this mf is the best at getting me out of self doubt apparently ?? (he was born like three whole days ago)
The story says that passive and active classes are about frontliners and backliners, but I think it's more so about what kind of role they play in the story.
Think of it this way. A bunch of people are building a house to live in. There are people tearing things down to allow for more space to grow. It's necessary. There are other people decorating the house alongside them. It's also necessary. Without the former, there’d be no house. Without the latter, there’d be no home. It’s life versus functionality. It's disconnection versus hope.
Another thing to bring up is the roles in a classic story they would take. All active classes are background characters, but often necessary for the story. The passive classes are protagonist-like characters. A Witch aids in a quest, but nothing more. An Heir goes on a journey and ascends to the throne. A Thief drives the plot forward. A Rouge drives the power of kinsmanship. A Knight does his job, but without wonder. A Page wonders, but doesn't do his job. All of the roles contribute to the overall story in many ways, some more than others.
Calliope is the most in tune with her aspect and enlightens and inspires others. Caliborn shapes and breaks his aspect in and uses it for raw power. Feferi makes a physical space of an afterlife through her active Life power and shows it to Jade, but it's frightening. It's a house without a home. Aradia brings life to the area through Time, and you feel that sense of reality while she shows the doomed Dave around the dreambubble. Aradia shows life through her aspect. Feferi made it physically appear through her aspect.
Is any of this making sense
I like to interpret every dialogue option is a thing Kris would have possibly done if it wasnt for the soul. They possibly would have made that joke. They possibly would have messed with Alphys. They could be mean or nice towards Ralsei. They could have taken a prank way too far.
And I find it more interesting if Kris doesnt like it. Not because it doesnt reflect them, but it reflects themself in horrible detail of what they themself are capable of.
When Kris confronts Noelle, its to protect her from what they themself are capable of when they cant control their own actions
Fall from grace

Homestuck and deltarune are so similar it irks me that I can’t bring up homestuck in a normal deltarune context
Like utdr fans know that tricky tony made music for the comic but ive seen it brushed aside like GET ON THIS PEAK look at homestuck music look at the LEITMOTIFS MAN its great its great its great
I think Ive once seen toby’s leitmotif practice attributed to earthboud which yeah sure thats significant but he also made homestuck tracks with twenty some leitmotifs in one song which is apparently (??) also more than the entirety of undertale
The references kill me everytime dude it was so bad in chapter four. I was screaming that the cupitans (the red cup guys) were just consorts. They did the exact same dance. Those two would one hundred percent get along amazingly, and if not, would be absolutely goofy together at the very least
YOU KNOW WHAT THEYRE LITERALLY THE SAME CHARCATERS I SWEAR IM GRABBING GIFS HOLD ON
They donthe same dance and are goofy look at this it made me scream thats just LOWAS
Oh also yap yap yap they eat green crayons and the main secretive villain might be green thats it
I cant stop thinking about a Deltarune/Undertale Sburb session so aaaaargh
So I’ve been thinking. The Undertale session would be first, but it wouldn't be after the events of Undertale. The game’s events occur in a dream bubble, and the players hoped that they could ride the dreambubble to their new session. The dream bubble got stuck, with the only way out being to unlock a barrier which was a memory from their actual world.
(Takes place before dreambubbles dont exist (?) thanks Feferi!! :D) (I dont know the homestuck timeline THAT well i assume they exploded??? idk)
It takes so long that the cast grows to the same age as their guardian counterparts, so Undertale cast started out around thirteen, but are now the sane age as their Deltarune selves.
The Undertale session was a Void session, because one pre-medium prototyping wasn’t completed. It seemed to the cast, afterward, that no one was playing that copy of the game at all. Ahem Gaster ahem. Their planets were completed enough that they could cause the scratch, but couldn’t cause any change in carapacian politics to start the reckoning.
Also Frisk and Chara aren’t from the Undertale session, but instead from Deltarune, and using time shenanigans, “falling into” the Undertale dreambubble at different times. Frisk manages to get the dreambubble unstuck from whoever’s memory had a huge magical soul-locked barrier.
I like to imagine the Delta session’s guardian counterparts to look exactly like what they look like in a dark world. They’d be more like ancestors in this context actually. Susie is an unstoppable powerhouse in the Undertale monster war. Berdly… is… smart? But he pulls off the outfit better and is really good at strategy, as if that would matter against the power of the human’s souls. The adult versions of Kris, Frisk , and Chara all helped seal the barrier.
(I think the Undertale universe should have magic humans, while the Deltarune shouldn’t. Chara and Frisk were originally from Deltarune so they don’t have any)
Also Papyrus and Asgore aren’t players, they're souls in the dreambubbles who don’t realize or remember they’re dead. Mostly because Papyrus is cracked at the game and would fic everything instantly, and Asgore is Asgore. Subject to change, I could just make Papyrus a player.
Thiinking of making the player list Toriel, Alphys, Undyne, Mettaton, Sans, Gaster. Not sure though.
I love being an undefined polymorph-ous undefined dark blob because yeah <3 <3 my hearthome is a dumpster <3 <3 I would eat there <3 <3 Yeah !! It isnt appealing ! but its literally me (?) !!
