Me thinking about how Elio would have been enrolled in an actual school
like his first day. We'll say its post first trip to columbia so Neil and Elio are under Andrew's protection. Elio more so then Neil.
Nicky just drives to the school, Elio's perched on Neil's lap, Andrew and Aaron sat either side and Kevin in the front because they gotta get back to court after and Elio doesnt wanna go like this kid is gripping hard to Neil's shirt and shaking his head.
Nicky, Kevin and Aaron are just trying to convince the kid to go and get out the car mostly Nicky but oh well they trying.
Neil's debating on letting Elio try a different day and then Andrew medicated is just like ice cream, like promiseing to take Elio with them to sweeties if he goes to school for his first day.
and like sure to the others it could be seen as a stupid promise but to Elio its also like a silent reminder of: You and Your daddy/mommy are safe im keeping sure
and so Elio hugs Neil tightly knows its only for a few hours he can handle being away from Neil for a few hours and so he just scoots over Neil's lap and Aaron's to clamber out the car, theres a teacher waiting at the front and Elio goes in for his first day.

Me out here timelining the stuff for oc Elio Josten's age having me use a damn age calculator for this shit. so Neil would be put at 13-14 when this boi was born. (yes i am a trans neil enthusiast)
