Pushing the door open, Areum walked in and collapsed on the couch in a sigh. She groaned as her mother's voice rang through the halls.
"Areum!"
"Yes?" Areum grumbled, her face buried in the plush of the couch cushion.
"Get dressed. We've got guests coming over and you look like shit." her mother reprimanded. Areum dragged herself off of the couch and up the stairs. Finding her bedroom door in the dimly lit hallway, she fumbled for the knob, finally pushing it open to reveal her brother standing in the closet doorway like an NPC.
"What do you want?" Areum rolled her eyes, pushing him out of her way as she shuffled through her closet for something to wear.
"That," Jisung pointed at the hair straightener sitting on her vanity. "Dad said the guests weren't just important. They're from SMC. The blonde DILF who lives off of coffee's the CEO and his assistant is his best friend. Lee Minho, the purple-haired hottie?"
Jisung gripped his hair in a panic. "They were our guests. Mom said they had some business stuff to talk about with Dad regarding our company, Kims LLC, and having us being there would look good. So I have to look my best." He finishes, holding up an extra dramatic thumbs up accompanied by a grin that stretched from ear-to-ear.
Areum lazily found a dress, pulling open the door to the bathroom.
"Only after I'm ready." she stuck her tongue out at her brother, who sighed and collapsed on the chair.
Walking out of the bathroom, Areum smoothed the wrinkles out of the front of her dress. "How do I look?" she asked, posing for dramatic effect.
Jisung rolled his eyes and clapped in mock celebration. "Like you belong on the runway, sweetheart."
His frown quickly turned into a smile as Areum heated up the hair straightener. "Yay!" he squealed quietly, sitting up straighter in the chair.
Minutes later, Areum descended the grand staircase, Jisung trailing behind, still running a hand through his now perfectly styled hair. The warm glow of the chandeliers illuminated the familiar marble foyer, where her parents stood, beaming. Standing beside them were two unfamiliar figures.
Her eyes widened slightly as she recognized one to be the man from the track – Bang Chan, the blonde hair catching the light, his earlier cocky smirk replaced by a polite, almost too-perfect smile. Next to him stood another man, offering a fake smile with vibrant purple hair.
"Areum, darling, come meet our guests," her mother chirped, pulling Areum forward. "This is Mr. Bang Chan, the CEO of SMC, and his assistant, Mr. Lee Minho."
Areum forced a bright smile, biting back an insult. "It's a pleasure to meet you both," she lied smoothly, extending a hand to Chan.
Chan's eyes met hers, sharp and knowing. A ghost of his smirk played on his lips as he bowed slightly.
"The pleasure is all mine, Ms. Han," he said, his voice deep and smooth, sending a shiver down her spine. "I believe we've already... crossed paths." The words hung in the air, an unspoken challenge only the two of them understood.
Minho, beside him, seemed to catch the subtle shift in tension, his gaze flicking between them.
The adults moved into the living room, discussions of corporate mergers, market shares, and potential collaborations filling the air. Areum found herself sitting awkwardly between her father and Chan, who pitched in with questions and nods. She contributed occasionally, offering comments that drew a faint, appreciative nod from Chan.
Just as the conversation began to lull, her mother clapped her hands, her smile impossibly wide. "Well, with all this talk of joining forces," she began, glancing pointedly at Chan's parents who had just joined them, "we have another exciting announcement!"
Areum shifted uncomfortably in her seat, trying to adjust the dress's low neckline without drawing too much attention.
Her mother beamed. "Areum and Chan will be getting married!"

Speeding down the lane, Areum watched him out of the corner of her eye. He was lounging on the bleachers, a gentle breeze ruffling his curly blonde hair. Anyone who saw him would have thought he was on his phone, from the way it was propped in front of him, but Areum wasn't just anyone. His leg bounced up and down arrhythmically.
He shifted, just enough to get a better view as she raced around the track. His eyes darted back and forth between Areum and her best friend, who stood at the finish as he timed her laps.
Rolling her eyes, Areum pushed past the finish line harshly, kicking up a wave of dust. Coughing theatrically, her best friend made his way over to where she was climbing out of her car.
"That wasn't bad. It only took you 1:30.224 to complete 3 miles." Heeseung remarked sarcastically, throwing his hands up in the air in mock desperation.
"Compared to you, 1 minute and 30 seconds is legendary considering you can't even drive." Areum shot back, pulling off her helmet.
"Touché." Heeseung confessed, then he leaned slightly to whisper in her ear.
"He's been here for quite a while."
"I know," Areum scrunched her eyebrows up, placing her hands on her hips to stabilize herself. "I'll take care of it."
Heeseung nodded, and Areum tossed him her helmet.
"Put it back in the rack." Areum ordered, striding towards the man at the bleachers. He looked up, tucking his phone into his pocket as she approached.
"What's your fucking problem?" his eyes widened slightly at her demanding tone, but all traces of shock dissipated and were replaced by a cocky smile.
"Was it ever a crime to admire someone?" he challenged, tilting his head with confidence.
"Without consent? Yes." Areum pressed, crossing her arms.
"Then I'm a criminal." he beamed cockily, holding his hands together as if challenging her to handcuff him. "Care to escort me to jail?"
Speechless, Areum simply scoffed before turning around to walk away. Behind her, he began to read off a list of numbers. She didn't move, wondering if it was a prank.
"Bang Chan."
"Text me if you're interested in professional racing."
Areum heard his footsteps recede as he walked back to his car.

unfortunately, i'm not and i'm here for sum advice cuz i’m losing my mindddddd 😭😭😭
and for context: i’m a business major, he’s an econ major (enemies to lovers type shyt heheh), and somehow what started as "oh we share a class or two" has turned into WHATEVER TF THIS IS
so there’s this guy. (mentioned above lol) let’s call him stan.
tell me why this man is the most introverted, nonchalant, academically lethal econ major you’ve ever seen… but apparently when it comes to me?? he just forgets how to function???
AND I DID NOT EVEN KNOW ANY OF THIS UNTIL HIS ENTIRE SOCIAL NETWORK DECIDED TO MAKE IT GENERAL KNOWLEDGE>
i’m not even kidding, like his friends started dropping "hints" about who he likes:
– same class as me
– mutuals with my friends
– name details that literally match mine?? (specfic, like letters of name, classes, etc)
– and then when someone asked him directly (IN PUBLIC BTW), he just laughed, looked away, and started blushing??????
HELLOOOOOOO???????????
and i was like okay haha funny coincidence, right? WRONG.
because then:
– multiple people from completely different classes told my friends (and me ) that he likes me
– apparently he told ONE friend and that friend told EVERYONE
– his entire friend group will literally chant his name when i walk by (???)
– i walked into a room and overheard people basically saying "is it her?" "yes" "omg he hit the jackpot, now ik why he likes her" (???//)
– someone literally tried to give me his number like this is a business transaction????
and HE STILL HAS NOT SAID ANYTHING TO ME.
sir. respectfully. what is the strategy here.
like at this point it’s less "he has a crush” and more "this is a public relations campaign that i did not consent to"
and now i’m stuck in this weird position where:
– i don’t want to date right now (i have my own priorities)
– i don’t want to embarrass him
– i don’t want things to be awkward for the next however many semesters we share classes
– BUT ALSO. the attention is lowk flattering (😉)and i hate that for me
and everyone keeps WATCHING for my reaction like i’m supposed to make a move?????? when i didn’t even start this??????
also his friends need to be stopped like WHY THEY ARE CHANTING????? WHY ARE THEY COORDINATING LIKE ITS A MILITARY OPERATION?????????
i'm just tryna be normal, act clueless, focus on school, and survive
:(((((((((((((((
BUTTTTT I DONT WANNA END THE RELATIONSHIP!
LIKE< WE MIGHT HAVE A CHANCE TO WORK OUT IF WE GOT TO KNEW EO AS FRIENDS FIRST< RIGHHT??
AND THE THING IS, I DONT WANNA GIVE HIM MY NUMBER IF HE'S NOT THE ONE MAKING THE MOVE
ex. his friend already have me his number & told me to text him but i didn't cuz that might make him uncomfyy
and besides, i wanna make sure he's truly interested before trying to invest myself fully
esp in a world of scammers, PLS PROTECT URSELF
I NEED ADVICE>> HELP ME :((((
i have a few choices, listed below in order from best option to worst
keep ignoring it until it dies down
wait for him to say smth, which is veryyy doubtful
say something to him first (even more terrifying)
for now, i'm summoning my highest legion...
@jektaev
@kloversung (ik we began this conversation in ur inbox lol)
@swiftjay23
@picoiella
@loonarixsxx
btw, i also tagged my moots from my main acc, @skyekimms so dont be surprised hahaha
and obvi, a cookie for you cuz you sat through my rant ab my love life <3333333 🍪
disclaimer: ignore the business terms pls... ik i'm a business major 😔

⋆。°✩ synopsis: Late at night, Hyerin wanders to the beach for comfort, where a chance encounter with a sweet, curious little girl reframes her quiet time into something gentler. Through innocent questions about princes and love, Hyerin is unknowingly guided back to someone who’s been watching over her all along. Sometimes, fairy tales don’t arrive announced--sometimes they come folded inside a note, warm and waiting.
⋆。°✩ warnings: none, fluff, child present

Hyerin pouted as she twisted and turned, unable to fall asleep. Pushing herself off the bed, she threw on some clothes and walked slowly down to the convenience store.
She quickly bought a couple of ice cream bars, hoping they would help her feel better. Unwrapping one, she bit into it as she walked down to the beach.
The warm, moist air drifted around her, voices occasionally breaking through the silence. Hyerin walked along the coast, enjoying the view and peacefulness.
The beautiful azure waves crashed fiercely onto the shore, as if to make a statement rather than to scare the beholder.
The seagulls flew overhead, squawking gibberish that could only be understood amongst themselves.
Kids played all around Hyerin, watching as she approached the water, just to run off playfully as the tide rose. Afraid to approach an adult, they simply sat and stared at her.
After she sits back down amongst the waves, Hyerin notices the children watching her. She turns to face them, wiggling her eyebrows playfully.
"Do you like ice cream?" She calls, eliciting a chorus of agreement. Beckoning them over, she pulls out a handful of ice cream bars out of her purse.
"Take your pick!"
The kids all scramble to grab an ice cream, thanking her profusely, but one stays behind.
"Hi, miss," A little girl approaches Hyerin timidly. "Thank you for the ice cream."
"No problem, sweetheart."
The girl awkwardly shuffled. Hyerin, sensing her discomfort, scoots aside to make room for the little girl next to her. The girl sits down, biting into her ice cream bar.
"What's your name?" She asks curiously.
"Kim Hyerin. What's yours?"
"Hwang Kyungmi. You have a very pretty name, Miss Kim."
"Call me Hyerin, love."
She smiles, fixing her gaze on the young girl's beautiful brown eyes.
"Doesn't 'rin' mean clear water?" Kyungmi asks, focusing back on the sea.
Nodding, Hyerin pulls her knees up to her chest.
That's funny, because this sea has some bits of clear water in it. So I'll call you Rinnie because I met you at a place with clear water." Kyungmi states, taking a bit of her ice cream, and Hyerin can't help but smile at her innocence.
"Are you married, Rinnie?"
The question catches Hyerin off guard.
"Not yet, Kyungmi."
"Oh."
The little girl's attention is drawn back to her ice cream, and she takes a bite before continueing.
"Issokay. You'll find your prince."
"Mmh?"
"Yeah. Mummy tells me every princess has a prince." Kyungmi comments, taking another bite of ice cream
"Guess I'll be waiting, then." Hyerin nods, turning back to the beach.
Suddenly, Kyungmi's attention falls on someone behind them, and she stands up, dusting herself off.
"Gimme a minute, Rinnie."
Hyerin nods, looking up at the sky as she wonders whether she should head home already. Tucking her knees closer to her chest, she lets out a shiver. It was already pretty late, and the temperature was very low.
Hearing muffled footsteps approaching, Hyerin turns around as Kyungmi holds out an oddly familiar jacket.
"Here you go, Rinnie." The girl sits down happily as Hyerin accepts the jacket.
Looking around, Hyerin frowns.
"Who gave this to you?"
Kyungmi shrugs, taking a bite of her ice cream.
"There was this man asking me to go to him. When I did, he gave me this jacket and told me to give it to you."
"Why?" Hyerin asks, puzzled.
"He said you looked cold." Kyungmi points at Hyerin's shivering hands.
"Who was he? It's not good to talk to strangers, Kyungmi." Hyerin gently berated the young girl.
"I told him you were the princess, and he told me he was your prince." The little girl finishes her ice cream, standing up to throw it away.
As Kyungmi hunts for a trash can, Hyerin checks the jacket pocket, where her 'prince' had hidden a note.
Hey princess,
Even soaked and shivering, you look as beautiful as ever.
♡ - Your Prince, Lee Minho
Tucking the note back into the jacket pocket, Hyerin buries her face in her hands as her cheeks are coated with a vibrant splash of red.
"What happened, Rinnie?" Kyungmi asks curiously. "Why are you blushing?"
Hyerin chuckles, wraping her hands around her now cover legs.
"Let's just say my prince loves me a lot." She says, pinching Kyungmi's cheek playfully.

“Kyungmin is mine, isn’t he?” Seungmin's voice was raw, filled with disbelief. He stepped into the room, his breath ragged and angry.
"Three fucking weeks," he spat, his voice dangerously low. "You've known for three weeks. And you never said a word."
"I was going to," Minseo whispered, her voice cracking. "I just... I didn't know how."
He scoffed, a bitter sound that made her flinch. "How? How about, 'by the way, the little boy you're teaching how to play catch? Yeah, he's your son.' How about that for a start?" He took a step toward her, twisting the crumpled paper in his hand.
"You let me fall in love with him."
"You let me fall in love with you."
"Just to fucking break my heart in the end."
Minseo finally looked up, her eyes clouded with tears. "It wasn't that simple! We barely knew each other." The words came out in a rush. "What was I supposed to do? Walk into your office and say, 'Oh, by the way, that night three years ago? It had consequences. Here's your son'?"
“So you decided to not tell me?” Seungmin asked, his fists clenching at his sides. “You’ve been lying to me for three fucking weeks, Minseo. And I had to find out from a fucking DNA test? You decided to let me live a lie?!”
"You weren't living a lie! You were becoming a part of our lives, naturally. I saw how happy you made Kyungmin, how happy you made me. I didn't want Kyungmin to be a burden."
"He's not a burden, he's my son!" Seungmin's voice cracked with hurt, but it quickly glazed over with anger.
"Every day I spent with him, every story I read to him, every time I held his hand... it was all a fucking lie!"
"You decided to keep me in the dark. I deserved to know, Minseo."
"Kyungmin deserved to have his father."
"What were you going to do if I hadn't found out? Kept it a secret forever?"
Her emotions finally boiled over. "I don't know!" she cried, the tears finally falling. "I'm sorry. I'm so, so, so sorry. I know I was wrong. I know I should have told you earlier. I was just terrified that telling you the truth would ruin it all."
The front door to Kyungmin's bedroom creaked open, interrupting their argument. A small, pajama-clad figure stood in the doorway, rubbing his eyes. He looked from his crying mother to the furious man, his brow furrowed in confusion and fear.
"Mommy? Minnie? Why are you shouting?" Kyungmin's soft, sleepy voice cut through the tension like a knife.

⋆。°✩ synopsis: Flour-dusted counters, chocolate chip chaos, and tiny sticky handprints. Life with Seungmin and Kyungmin is loud, messy, and everything you could ever have wished for. Between stolen kisses and shared laughter, you navigate baking disasters, playful mischief, and the small moments that make a house a home. Sometimes love doesn’t need grand gestures--it leaves handprints on counters, hearts, and memories alike.
⋆。°✩ warnings: wholesome family content, fluff, child present, subtle flirting
⋆。°✩ genre: fluff, romance, slice of life, domesticity
The kitchen smells like sugar and butter, warm and soft, like the kind of happiness that settles into your bones without asking. Flour dusts the counter in uneven handprints—yours, Seungmin’s, and at least one tiny handprint that absolutely does not belong to either of you.
Kyungmin is standing on a stool between the two of you, tongue poked out in concentration as he stirs a bowl that’s almost bigger than his tummy. The spoon clinks against the sides with every overenthusiastic swirl.
“Gentle, baby,” you say, laughing as batter sloshes dangerously close to the rim.
“Mhmmm mommy, I can do it,” Kyungmin insists, stirring faster.
Seungmin snorts from your other side, already in an apron that says Kiss the Cook—a gift you got him as a joke that he now wears with zero shame. He approaches you, bumping his hip lightly into yours as he reaches for the chocolate chips.
“He gets that from you,” he says, voice fond with a layer of teasing. “Zero self-awareness. Maximum confidence.”
You gasp. “Excuse you?”
Before he can respond, Kyungmin gasps even louder. “Appa! The chocolate is calling me!”
Seungmin blinks.
Once.
Twice.
“The chocolate is… calling you.”
“Yes,” Kyungmin nods solemnly, a small pout forming. “It says I should eat it.”
You and Seungmin share a look. This child.
Seungmin crouches down to Kyungmin’s level, serious. “And what did we say about eating the chocolate chips before baking?”
Kyungmin thinks hard, then beams. “Only a little.”
Seungmin sighs like a man who has already lost the battle but pretends he hasn’t. He swipes two chocolate chips and hands them over. “A little.”
Kyungmin accepts them like a sacred offering and immediately runs off to the living room.
You lean against the counter, watching him go. “We should probably stop him.”
Seungmin shakes his head, sliding the bowl closer to you. “Nah. He’s fueled by chaos now. There’s no stopping that.”
You laugh, reaching for the spatula. “Okay, chef. What’s next?”
He watches you for a second too long, eyes soft, then clears his throat and gestures to the tray. “Scoop the dough. I’ll handle the oven.”
You pause, glancing at the bowl. “Wait, what kind of cookies are they?”
He doesn’t even hesitate.
"Chocolate chip, of course. Do you think I'd bake RAISIN cookies? What kind of man do you think I am?"
You burst out laughing, nearly dropping the spatula. “I don’t know, Seungmin. I’ve seen you make questionable choices.”
He clutches his chest like you’ve wounded him deeply. “Wow. Betrayed in my own kitchen.”
He approaches you again, this time wrapping an arm around your waist from behind, chin resting on your shoulder as you scoop dough onto the tray. Seungmin's presence is warm, familiar, steady. He smells faintly like strawberries and sugar and he leans into you.
“You’re doing it wrong,” he murmurs.
You raise an eyebrow. “Oh yeah?”
He guides your hand gently, fingers overlapping yours. “You have to make them a little uneven. They taste better that way.”
You smile despite yourself. “Is that a real baking tip or just you flirting?”
“Yes.”
From the living room, Kyungmin yells, “APPA! I FOUND A COOKIE!”
Seungmin closes his eyes. “A cookie? But they're not done yet...”
A loud clack follows. Then silence.
You and Seungmin freeze.
“…Kyungminnie?” you call.
“M'okay mommy!” he says, far too quickly.
Seungmin exhales. “That means he’s definitely not okay.”
But before either of you can move, Kyungmin reappears, proudly holding a half-eaten chocolate chip cookie dough ball. “I saved it from the counter.”
You gasp. “Kyungmin!”
Seungmin stares, then breaks into laughter. “Well. Guess we’re baking one less cookie.”
Kyungmin grins, chocolate on his cheek as he chuckles to himself.
You can’t even argue. Not when Seungmin presses a quick kiss to your temple before turning back to the tray, hand slithering around your waist in a gentle but grounding grip.
It’s messy. It’s loud. It’s chaotic.
But it’s home.
seungmin's got me down bad for him, can yall tell? lmk what you think about this

What begins as a tender moment of recognition spirals into a confrontation with the past she survived but never escaped. Forced to face the man who once promised to stay, Minseo chooses herself instead, holding onto the fragments of childhood that she'd endured with false hopes. The café is loud in that soft way—ice clinking, milk steaming, the soft chatter of voices drifting over the music.
Seungmin’s voice close and familiar as he leans subtly across the table. Minseo’s halfway relaxed when something warm presses against her leg.
She looks down.
“Oh, hey,” she murmurs, instinctively crouching. The dog noses into her thigh like she’s done this a hundred times before, tail thumping, chin settling against Minseo’s plush leg. It shouldn’t feel like this. Like muscle memory.
“I’m really sorry,” the owner says quickly. “She’s usually not this—”
“It don't mind,” Minseo interrupts, stroking the dog’s fur gently. It's a border collie, coat tinted a deep cream color with faint light patches.
She looks up the meet the man, eyes crinkling into a smile at the familiar face. "Jaeyunnie?" She gasps, delighted to see him. "It's been quite a while, hun."
The man breaks into an adorable smile, hair falling into his eyes.
"Minseo!" He nods at Seungmin, eyes sparkling with adoration. "And Seungmin, of Stray Kids, I presume?"
Seungmin gives a clipped nod as he eyes the dog, which inches further onto Minseo's lap.
Gaze falling on the border collie, her eyes softening. Minseo's throat tightens before she can stop it, the mood dropping a few notches. “She just… looks like someone I used to know.”
“Oh.” The man smiles awkwardly, fidgeting with the leash. “Her name’s Layla.”
Minseo swallows. “She looks like my Emmie.”
Layla stills. Then she whines--soft, confused--and leans fully into Minseo, as if the name unlocked something buried deep.
Her breath catches.
“Minseo?”
The world tilts.
She straightens slowly, dread crawling up her spine long before she turns around. She already knows. Her chest already hurts.
Heeseung is standing there.
Not a memory.
Not a ghost.
But a hollow piece of the man she used to adore.
Lee Heeseung—older, taller, wearing an idol’s polish like armor.
Like he didn’t leave her in a house that felt like a cage.
Like he didn't let her live in constant abuse.
Like he didn't turn her whole life upside down in one day--the day he fucking left.
Her hands start trembling.
Seungmin’s mood shifts instantly. “Hey,” he says under his breath, sharp. “Not here.”
He pulls them aside before anyone can stare, but Minseo barely registers the movement. She can’t stop looking at Heeseung, at the audacity of him standing this close.
“You left me,” she says quietly, the pain slowly cracking .
Heeseung exhales. “Minseo, I-”
“No,” she snaps, voice cracking despite herself. “You left. You knew what they were like. You knew what they did, and you still disappeared.”
“I thought—”
“You thought what?” Her eyes burn. “That I’d be fine? That I’d survive it because I always did?”
Silence.
That’s what hurts the most.
“I was thirteen,” she whispers. “I begged you not to go. I stayed up all night that day, hoping you'd come back.”
Heeseung’s jaw tightens. “I didn’t have a choice.”
Minseo laughs, broken and sharp. “I didn’t either. And you still walked away.”
Seungmin steps closer, his hand firm at the small of her back, grounding. Protective.
“I don’t want you in my life,” Minseo says, voice trembling now. “You don’t get to see me again. You don’t get to pretend we’re family after leaving me alone in that house.”
She turns away before he can respond—before he can say something that might hurt more.
Back at the table, the dog curls at her feet like she belongs there. Jaeyun hesitates, then quietly offers his phone.
“…If you ever want to see her again,” he says, unsure.
Minseo saves the number.
Not for Heeseung.
For herself.
For the memories she wanted to relive with Emmie.
For the piece of her childhood that survived, even when he didn’t stay.
y'all what do we think? this has been on my mind for a while now lol! more lore to come... thinking of making this a lil "random updates" series!

Minseo chewed on her bottom lip as she pulled out her laptop, logging in.
After their first encounter, there was no way Seungmin would hire her.
Right?
Leaning over her shoulder, her best friend poked at her lip and Minseo stopped biting on it.
"You're going to be fine," he reassured her, handing her a steaming box of instant ramyeon. "Besides, ramyeon solves everything. Who cares if you don't get the job?"
She glared at him but accepts the food nevertheless.
"So, YJ, what do you think of the CEO?" she asked in between bites. "And hypothetically, if someone embarrassed themselves and he gave them his expensive coffee, what is the chance they'd get hired to be his secretary?"
His eyes widened to the size of dinner plates.
"You're fucking kidding me."
"Language, Choi Yeonjun!" Minseo reprimanded, slapping him on the shoulder.
"DAMN GIRL I-" he doubled over, wheezing like a dying fish. His pink hair flopped into his face as he clutched his stomach. "No fucking way. How did the coffee taste, by the way?"
Minseo's jaw dropped to the ground. "The audacity you have, YJ," her gaze wandered around the room as she smiled sheepishly. "But I'll admit I could get used to that coffee."
"Mmm, I thought so," Yeonjun's gaze fell on the laptop in front of her and his face lit up. "I've got an idea. You close your eyes, and I'll tell you whether you got the job or not!"
Minseo stared at him, unamused. He returned the side eye, and she eventually caved.
"Fine." she shut her eyes, hearing Yeonjun's fingers tapping on her keyboard to open the email.
Silence.
Deafening silence.
Choi Yeonjun wasn't built to be that quiet.
Slowly, Minseo cracked an eye open. Not seeing him, she frantically opened her eyes, looking around.
"YJ?" The panic in her voice only grew as she heard a loud crack. All of a sudden, confetti exploded all around her and a familiar face appeared next to her.
"Congratulations!!!" Yeonjun cheered, the party popper still in his hands.
Minseo sighed, exasperated.
She was convinced this man physically could not run out of energy.
Turning back to her laptop, her eyebrows furrow. Why did Seungmin hire her? After she literally proved she was irresponsible enough to almost lose her son, too.
Ms. Lee Minseo,
I hope this email finds you well.
I'm pleased to welcome you to SDC as my Executive Assistant. Your creativity and work ethic (?) during the interview impressed both myself and the hiring team—and it was clear that your skills and personality are a perfect fit for our fast-paced, design-driven environment.
Your official start date will be 08/04/25 (tomorrow) , and my HR team will be reaching out shortly with all the details you'll need. In the meantime, if you have any questions or need help coordinating your schedule, reach out to my office directly. My number is 325-801-4199. To not get blocked immediately, text me 'Lee Minseo'.
We're looking forward to have you on board, Minseo.
Congratulations,
Kim Seungmin
CEO, Skyler Design Company
Turning back to Minseo, Yeonjun waggled his eyebrows at her.
"Looks like somebody fancies you," he teased, a smirk on his lips. Minseo hits him on the shoulder and he breaks into laughter. "Okay, fine, fine. Wanna go out to the park with Minnie?"
Minseo's eyes widened. She'd totally forgotten about the boy, but Yeonjun pats her shoulder.
"He's napping right now. But you know how quick the kid wakes up when he hears the word 'park,' don't you?" Shooting Minseo a knowing look, Yeonjun shuffled away to wake the little boy up.

The scent of polished leather mixed with the faint aroma of strong coffee as Minseo stepped into Skyler Design Company later that morning. It was a minimalistic building, reflecting a no-nonsense approach to business, and Minseo grips her briefcase tighter. The professionality of the company was practically radiating out of the walls of the building. A faint voice whispered in the back of her mind.
Do you even belong here?
You can't even put enough food on the table for the two of you.
Grimacing, Minseo just shook the thoughts off before continuing to the front desk, where a cheerful woman sat.
"Hello! I'm Aerin, how may I help you?" The woman had way too much enthusiasm for a Monday morning, her picture-perfect curls bouncing around her face as she spoke.
"I'm here for the interview." Minseo slightly bobbed her head at her briefcase. "I'm supposed to find a Mr. 'Kim Seungmin.'"
Aerin nodded, tapping away at her keyboard.
"And you are... Choi Soobin?"
Minseo shook her head, and Aerin hurries to apologize.
"My apologies, we also have another interview happening today," she tapped away at her keyboard for a little more until her face lit up with satisfaction. "Gotcha! You're.. Lee Minseo?"
Minseo nodded, and Aerin stands up to point at a couch in the middle of the open hall.
"Take a seat, the CEO will be down to meet you shortly," Aerin grinned from ear-to-ear, shooting Minseo two thumbs up. "Good luck!"
"Thank you." Minseo offered a weak smile, taking her seat on the couch. Looking around, she grimaced as the voices returned to her head.
You don't belong here.
What the fuck were you thinking? Applying to be the CEO's secretary? You can't even take care of your own son.
You're not getting hired.
A low chuckle knocks her out of her thoughts.
"I've got to ask, is this a recurring theme for you? Or am I just getting the special treatment?"
Minseo stood up hurriedly, her eyes going wide when she recognizes the man standing in front of her.
"Enjoying your coffee?" he cocked a brow teasingly, a smirk playing on his lips.
Minseo buried her face in her hands out of embarrassment, eliciting an amused chuckle out of the man, who introduces himself.
"CEO Kim Seungmin."
"Now let's get going, 'cause I don't have all day." he beckoned towards the elevator, his voice a low chuckle as Minseo followed him upstairs.
Later, Minseo tried to calm her racing heart as she closes the door behind her.
Oh, she was not getting hired.
On her way out of the building, she bumped into a tall man with a small button nose and upturned lips. His shiny black hair fell into his face, which morphed into one of guilt as he bowed.
"Didn't see you there, Miss," he said, turning back to the front desk. But Minseo's curiosity gets the best of her and she holds up her hand.
"Choi Soobin?"
Turning back to her, he nodded slowly.
"That's me."
"Oh, the woman at the front desk mistook me for you," Minseo admitted sheepishly, tucking a stray hair behind her ear. "You're here for an interview?"
Soobin nodded, pressing his lips into a thin line that turned up at the corners. Minseo almost smiled at the familiar sight. It reminded her of Kyungmin's smile.
"Yeah, I saw that the director position for their new design project was open, so I applied." he paused, motioning towards Minseo's own briefcase. "What about you?"
"A friend of mine works here, and he recommended me for the CEO's secretary." Minseo confessed, taking a sip of her coffee.
"That's awesome. Hope you get the job!" Soobin gushed, dimples showing as he glanced at his watch.
"I apologize, I have to go. Your name?" he asked, flashing her an apologetic smile.
"Lee Minseo. Good luck for your interview!" Minseo waved, walking away.

You slip into the dimly lit room at the back of the house party, heart pounding with anticipation. Minho slams you against the door, his lips crashing against yours in a hungry kiss. Jisung is right behind, his hands already sliding up your thighs under your short skirt. His fingers tease the edge of your panties as he admires your small breathless figure, consumed by Minho's muscular body. The bass from the party downstairs thumps faintly through the walls, but here, it's just the three of you, the air thick with tension.
Minho breaks the kiss first, his breath hot against your neck as he nips at your skin. "Finally," he mutters, voice low and commanding. He spins you around so fast it almost gives you whiplash, pressing your back against Jisung's chest while his own body molds to your front. You can feel Jisung grind against your ass through his jeans, making your cunt clench in anticipation. Minho's fingers bring you back to the moment as he works open the buttons of your blouse, exposing your bra.
"M-min," you gasp out, hands flying to still him. "There are people downstairs, and countdown is about to begin—"
"I don’t care. I’ve been patient all night, but you have me completely fucked up for you." Minho trails love bites up your neck, stopping to suck under your earlobe."
"Besides, wouldn’t the noise downstairs help cover up all of the sinful noises you’re about to make?"
You let out a breathy gasp as Jisung's hand slides down your waist and settles between your legs. He begins to slowly rub circles over your clothed pussy, eliciting a whimper. Finally, desperation clouds him and he pushes your panties aside to stroke your folds.
"Mmmh, pussy's so wet for us, baby, hmm?" Minho mumbles into your ear, eyes transfixed on your core.
"O-only you, Daddy." You punctuate the last word with a desperate whimper as Jisung circles your clit with quick, teasing flicks that make your knees buckle.
"My God, you’re so fucking gorgeous like this," Minho whispers into your ear, his free hand cupping your breast, pinching the nipple through the black lace until it hardens. Jisung watches with dark eyes, then tugs your head back to capture your mouth in a heated kiss.
As Jisung's tongue pumps slowly in and out of your mouth, Minho unclasps your bra, letting it fall away.
"My pretty, pretty doll." he praises, drinking in the view.
Picking you up, they move in sync. Minho drops to his knees, bunching your miniskirt up around your waist before yanking your panties down your legs. Tearing them off, he throws them aside before his mouth immediately latches onto your pussy.
His tongue flattens against you, licking broad strokes from your entrance to your clit. sucking gently on the sensitive nub while his hands grip your thighs, spreading them wider.
Cursing his name, you fingers curl through his purple hair.
"F-fuck, Daddy." You whimper under your breath, and Minho looks up at your from between your leg.
“Oh yeah? You like it like this, baby?”
When you gasp louder, Minho pushes himself deeper into your cunt. He only pulls back to mutter some praise before suffocating himself in her heat once again.
“You taste so fucking delicious."
You moan softly, tilting your head back onto Jisung's shoulder.
Said boy pouts indignantly, stepping back. He sheds his shirt, then pants, his cock straining against boxer as he grinds it against your hip. He frees himself, stroking his length slowly while watching Minho eat you out.
'Fuck, you look so good,' he stutters, hand moving a tad bit faster. "Getting eaten out dumb by my boyfriend, god, you're so hot, doll."
You clench unwillingly at his words and Minho moans against your skin, the vibration sending sparks up your spine. He thrusts two fingers inside you, curling them to hit that spot that makes you moan into Jisung's mouth as he kisses you over your shoulder.
The pleasure builds fast, your body trembling between them. Jisung's hand joins Minho's, their fingers intertwining to pump in and out of your pretty pussy, stretching you while Minho's tongue laps at your clit.
Minho can tell you're close, judging from the way your legs shake and your grip on his hair loosens. He pulls away just an inch to whisper "Let go for me, princess. Wanna hear your moan while I've got my tongue so deep inside you."
Jisung's eyes roll back into his head, and he slams his fingers into you harder, desperate to feel your cum coat his hand.
You come hard, plush walls clenching around their digits, a cry muffled by Jisung's lips. They don't stop, drawing out your orgasm until you're shaking with overstimulation, slick coating their hands.
"More?" It comes out as more of a challenge.
"More," You beg quietly, body too spent but still aching for release. "Fuck, I need you so bad."
Minho stands, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand, eyes gleaming with lust. He unzips his pants, pulling out his thick cock, already leaking pre-cum. Jisung just pushes his boxers down, his shaft slimmer but just as rigid, veins pulsing under his grip.
You don't even notice you're moving until you feel weightless.
You land on your back, legs splayed over the bedsheets as Minho climbs between them first. He rubs the head of his cock against your entrance, teasing before pushing in with one smooth thrust.
"Mine. All mine." he whispers softly, stilling in reverance as he looks at your small figure.
You arch into his body, feeling every inch stretch you. His girth filling you completely, feeling impossible. He starts slow, rolling his hips to grind deep, then picks up speed, pounding into you with sharp snaps that make the bed creak.
"Only we get to ruin you like this, you hear me?" Minho growls at you in a lust-induced haze. As if to prove his point, he begins to drive his cock even deeper inside your pussy, making you moan loudly.
Jisung kneels beside you, feeding his cock into your mouth. You suck eagerly, tongue swirling around the tip, hollowing your cheeks as you take him deeper. He groans low in his through, threading fingers through your hair. "That's it, take it all," Jisung pants, thrusting shallowly into your throat while Minho fucks your pussy relentlessly.
“You’re so good f’me, princess, look at you." Minho's praise sends shivers down your body and you moan softly as Jisung bucks his hips into your mouth.
They switch after a few minutes, Jisung taking your mouth while Minho pulls his cock out, slick with your juices. No, wait—Jisung slides into your pussy now, his angle different, hitting spots that make you whimper around Minho's cock.
"Oh shit, doll, you’re taking me so well, baby." he babbles mindlessly, fucking his cock deep into your abused cunt.
Minho's thicker length stretches your lips, salty pre-cum coating your tongue as you bob your head. Saliva drips down your chin as you swallow around him. He throws his head back in pleasure, fingers curling tighter into your hair.
"Oh, you look so good when your mouth's stuffed full of my cock, princess." Minho moans softly, pulling you closer by the chin.
The room fills with wet slaps and muffled moans. Jisung's thrusts grow erratic, his hands bruising your hips as he chases his release.
"Gonna fill you up," he warns, voice strained.
You nod around Minho, the idea of his warm cum inside of you pushing you closer to the edge again. Jisung slams in deep one last time, cock pulsing as he spills inside you, hot spurts of cum flooding your pussy. He rides it out, grinding until he's spent, then pulls out with a wet pop, his cum starting to leak immediately.
"Fuuccckkkkkk, baby doll."
Minho wastes no time, flipping you onto your hands and knees. He pushes into your raw pussy from behind, driving Jisung's cum deeper as he bottoms out. The sensation is obscene in every way, your pussy squelching with every move. He fucks you harder than Jisung, balls slapping against your clit with each thrust, one hand fisting your hair to arch your back.
The new position exposes your chest and neck to Jisung, who recovers quickly.
"Look at how gorgeous you are. So fucking gorgeous when I’m fucking you like this. So pretty for us, princess.” Minho moans into your shoulder.
Jisung slides under you to suck on your breasts, teeth grazing your nipples while his fingers rub your clit.
You whimper embarrassingly.
The dual assault shatters you, orgasm crashing over you as Minho grunts, his cock swelling. "My turn," he growls, burying himself to the hilt and coming, cum overflowing your pussy until it drips down your thighs.
They collapse around you, breaths ragged, bodies slick with sweat. Minho pulls out slowly, watching his and Jisung's cum ooze from your raw hole.
"Don't clean up," Jisung says with a wicked grin, kissing your shoulder. "Let it stay inside you."
You nod, dazed, as they help you dress—skirt smoothed down, blouse buttoned haphazardly, no time for panties.
The party is in full swing when you re-emerge, the living room packed with bodies dancing under flashing lights. Music pulses loud, conversations overlapping in a haze of laughter and clinking glasses. You weave through the crowd, thighs sticky, the warmth of their cum still pooled deep inside you. Every step makes it shift, the thrill that keeps your cheeks flushed.
You grab a drink from the kitchen, chatting with a few friends, trying to act normal. But then you feel it—a trickle, slow at first, seeping past your puffy folds and soaking into your skirt's lining. You clench your thighs, but it's no use; more leaks out, the evidence of your earlier actions making its way down.
Seungmin spots you first, his eyes widening as he approaches with a red cup in hand. "Hey, you okay? You look… spent." He's close, too close, and as you shift, a fresh gush escapes, darkening the fabric between your legs. He glances down, nostrils flaring subtly as if he can smell it—the musky scent of cum clinging to you.
Before you can respond, Chan joins him, slinging an arm around Seungmin's shoulders. "What's up?"
His gaze drops too, catching the wet spot blooming on your skirt. You freeze, heat flooding your face, but there's no hiding it now. The cum—Minho's and Jisung's cum—has soaked through, a visible stain that screams what you've been doing.
Seungmin's lips part in surprise, then curl into a knowing smirk. "Whoa, someone's had fun," he teases, voice low.
Chan chuckles, eyes darkening with interest. "Minho and Jisung, huh? It was obvious, the way they were always eye-fucking you."
The crowd around you remains oblivious, lost in the party, but these two know, and the way they look at you—like predators sensing vulnerability—sends a fresh wave of arousal mixing with the mess between your legs.
You stammer an excuse, but Seungmin steps closer, his hand brushing your arm. "No need to run. We can keep a secret… or join in next time."
Chan's nod is subtle, promising more.
Heart racing, you realize the night's far from over, the leak not just a mishap but an invitation to whatever comes next.
